It had been a few days since that one amazing night with Eddie and I hadn't seen him much. I was starting to grow kinda nervous maybe he thought I was easy and didn't want me after all. I mean... It was only my bra, I didn't even show a nipple. I walked to my locker to grab my math book and a note fell out when I opened the door.

"Hey Princess, been a few days. Sorry to disappear. Wanna go out this Saturday? And the guys and I wanna invite you to D&D on Friday!
-E"

The relief that left my body was something spectacular. We've both been a bit busy. I ripped a piece of paper from my binder and began to scribble a reply instead of writing down the formula my teacher was teaching us.

"D&D sounds fun but I unfortunately have to babysit Karla Harris on Friday. But Saturday sounds like a plan to me! I'm in! Can't wait

After class I made my way to his locker to drop off my response but instead saw Eddie.

"Hey you." I grinned as I approached him.

The smile he had was out of this world, "Hey Princess. Did you get my note?"

"I did. Its actually why I'm here." I laughed as I held up my note, "I can't on Friday because I am babysitting Karla Harris. But Saturday... Like a date?"

"Yeah. A date." He laughed.

"A date? Out with Edward Munson? What would people say?" I winked at him.

He rolled his dark brown eyes "Sounds like a plan. And Sucks you can't be there Friday." He shrugged.

"Its eh. The Harris family always flakes so maybe I won't end up babysitting after all. Who knows. But I am definitely up for Saturday!" I said as we walked until it was time to part ways.

"Alright. I'm headed to French. I'll see you in English."

"Its a date!" He yelled as he ran for gym.

I managed to see a few heads turn to see who he was yelling that to and they found me. I smiled sheepishly and turned to go to French.

SATURDAY

Eddie saw there was some fair visiting Hawkins for a few days. Kinda weird for a fair to stop here since its such a small town but that's what made it great. Everyone was there. Students got in free. I met Eddie at the gate and he grabbed my hand, "Students get in free."

We walked in hand in hand, Eddie bought us corn dogs and a lemonade to share. Something about him doing corny things like this make the butterflies in my stomach go crazy in a good way. Not in a feral wanna rip his clothes off kind of way. I finished up my corn dog while I watched him play the game where you shoot the moving duck targets I turned for a split second to throw away my trash and when I looked to Eddy he had a pink teddy bear in his hands and he was holding it out to me.

"For me?" I grinned, there go those damn butterflies again...

"Yeah... You don't like it?"

My eyes grew wide, "I love him!" I smiled as I took it, it was on the larger side but not so big that I had to drag it.

"You have to be a perfect shot to win this one!" I smiled.

He laughed and took my free hand as we roamed around some more, seeing what games he could win at. He stole kisses from me every chance he got and if I wasn't holding this teddy bear I'd definitely be floating away. Everything seemed so easy with Eddie. He lives his truth, he stays true himself, he doesn't hide his likes or hobbies. He embraces everything as it may come. We both sipped the last of the lemonade before tossing it.
