Wille:

I left Simon alone with his thoughts. I returned to the house, stroking Baxter along the way. This dog is so cute! I felt so connected to the people I love. My parents were dancing to some old songs. Felice was joking with Rosh, and Ayub was watching TV with August. I approached Claudia, who was sitting at the table. I want to get to know her better.

-Hi. I smiled lightly.

-Hello again.

-How are you? I asked.

-I'm all good. Thank you for asking.

-Sure.

-Felice told me what you did for her. It's impressive. The woman mentioned, with sincerity in her voice.

-It is? I couldn't help but smile shyly.

-Absolutely! I would die to have you as a friend!

-I could be your friend. Just remember that this girl right here- I pointed out, is my only best friend. I chuckled.

-I wouldn't forget about that. Trust me. She raised her palms.

-Wille! Come here for a sec! August invited me.

They were watching my favorite cartoon.

-Scooby-Doo! I jumped excitedly, opening my eyes wider.

-Wanna watch it with us? Ayub proposed.

-Are you kidding me? I would not refuse it! Not now, not ever. I stated.

-You like this show? The boy added.

-Like is a strong word... I began.

-He's got an obsession. My cousin whispered into his ear, but loud enough for me to hear.

-No, I don't have an obsession. I might just have a delicate crush on Daphne.

-DAPHNE? The boys gasped.

-I thought you've got better taste. August laughed.

-Dude. I'm not the one who's got a crush on some squirrel from SpongeBob. I mentioned casually.

-Shut your mouth! He warned me, moving a little.

-Have you been drooling over Sandy? Ayub asked, seriously engaged.

-I hate both of you right now. He stated and got up from the couch.

-August! Come back here, asshole! I called him from the sofa.

...

Dad was outside trying to set up our tents.

-Boys, can you help me with these? He shouted through an open window.

We all agreed, of course.

Our new friend Baxter greeted my cousin happily, again.

-Hi, doggy! The boy stroked his fur.

-You two are so delightful! I commented.

We were setting up our tents at the back of the house. It was fun!

-I'm so thrilled that you worked things out today. My dad told us.

-Me too. We both confirmed.

Suddenly, I remembered something.

-Dad, did you fight a lot with mum when I was in a coma, or before that? I asked him, with confusion.

-We had our issues, yes. Nothing to worry about, now. Why?

-Yeah, where is that come from? August joined.

Wille!

-I think I'm slowly regaining my memories. I admitted.
