Fun fact: this was the second Dana imagine I wrote, because I didn't like the concept of the first one, and I felt like it'll reach 2k+ words if I'll continue writing it. XD and that'll look like a one-shot imagine and I can't write consecutive long imagines, I'm afraid I might not keep it up in the long run. XD

Okay enough of my explanation, here you go, Dianne! I hope you like it! ;)

"Nervous? Who's nervous? Of course your parents will like me!"

You laughed as you lifted your head from Dana's shoulder to look at him. Today was the day that you're gonna introduce him to your parents as your boyfriend.

"You're overflowing with confidence, mister!" You poked his forehead. "I hope you'll be able to keep that up."

You were both chilling at his place, since it's Saturday and it's like a hundred degrees outside.

"Oh just you wait, missy."

"Oh I will, Dana. I'm gonna watch your palms sweat like a sponge." You leanes your head back on his shoulder, "And I'm gonna record your voice, like how you stammer in front of my parents."

"Oh come on, Dianne. What could possibly go wrong?"

**
"Uhm maybe we could do this next week?"

You laughed at the nervous Dana on the phone. "See? Now you're talking like a wimp," you giggled.

"I... Was kidding, Dianne! Of course I'm nervous! Who wouldn't be nervous! Meeting the parents are always scary!"

You laughed even more at him. "I'm gonna go down now, Dana. Get off your car now."

You hung up and left your phone in your room. You went downstairs, straight to the door. You opened it, and saw your boyfriend standing there, wearing a light purple polo shirt, the same shade as the dress you're wearing.

"Dianne, I ca--"

"Come on, Dana! Where's that toughy toughy side of you?" You giggled and fixed the collar of his shirt, "It's just dinner. Everything will turn out fine, I promise." You whispered to him.

He smiled nervously at you, then nodded with a sigh. You smiled, took his hand, and led him inside the house.

"Hey mom, dad." They were both watching tv, but you immediately caught their attention. They looked at the both of you and your mom smiled widely. She stood up excitedly and went closer to you and Dana.

"You must be Dana! Aww, our daughter told us a lot of stories about you." Your mom smiled at Dana, and he sniled back, forcing to hide the nervousness in his face.

"Yup, that would be me." You giggled at the sound of his voice, it was obvious that he was shaking inside.

"So, shall we eat!" Your mom said, then called out to your dad. You all proceeded to the dining room.

Your parents asked Dana about things in his life during the meal. Being a member of a boyband, having to cope up with his studies, how he got to know you, and other stuff that parents usually talk about with their daughter's boyfriend. You kinda felt relieved that Dana answered all of them smoothly, though you can really feel that he was nervous the entire time.

When dinner was over, you and Dana got some time to talk for a little while outside the house.

"I told you it'd be fine."

"Yeah, I guess. It wasn't as bad as I thought it to be." He smiled at you, and took your hand.

"You were so cocky with the idea before," you giggled, "But then you turned out to be a wimp."

"Hey, I'm not a wimp!" He said in defense. "Every boyfriend's biggest fear is the father of his girlfriend, aleays remember that."

"Yeah, but my dad's not mean." You looked at him, "Was he mean to you?"

"Hmm... No. But of course I was paranoid, long before this happened. I'm just glad they liked me."

"Yeah, they liked you." You smiled.

He stared at you, and you felt that he was constantly leaning in for a kiss. You didn't fight it; you just let it happen.

"Hey kiddos, it's kinda late. Dana, your mom might be looking for you."

You both stopped just in time before his lips press on to yours. You laughed at your dad's perfect timing, or should I say, perfectly bad timing.

"Good point, sir." Dana smiled at your dad. Your dad just nodded at him and went inside the house.

"I guess that's it for tonight." You said.

"Yeah." He fumbled for his car keys in his back pocket, "So... I should go."

"Yeah, you should."

"Text?"

"Yup."

He walked to his car and hopped in. "See you at school, Dianne." You just smiled back and did a small wave. He started the engine of his car and started driving away from your house.

Not long after, your phone vibrated and you checked it to see a text from Dana.

Thanks for tonight. See you at school. Wubyu
