"EDDIE WAKE UP MAN" Dustin screams while Eddie is bleeding out in his arms

Nancy, Steve and Robin are all back at the creel house after defeating vecna at last everything felt right in the world all but Steve felt this way something was causing him to get a terrible knot feeling in his stomach

He just couldn't name what was bothering him this badly, that was until he heard Dustins voice on the walkie talkie he sounded in pain trembling over every word he said no one could understand a word he had said. Everyone but Steve, Steve had heard the words Eddie, bats, hurt, and help over the walkie talkie that's all that Steve even needed to hear before running out the house not long till Robin and Nancy go after him confused.

Somehow he knew the route to Eddies trailer from there he didn't even think about where he was going it was like he knew exactly where he was going because he did.

Dustin still on the walkie talkie screaming for help untill Steve finally responds half the way there asking if Dustins hurt. Dustin hadn't realized till that moment the excruciating pain in his right foot causing him to cry much more.
Steve noticed how quickly it took Dustin to respond worryingly asked again "Dustin are you hurt?!" this time getting a response of "My foot.. Its broken"

Steve's heart shattered even more than it was before but little does he know it's much worse than he thought.

Finally Steve arrives with Robin and Nancy at least 3 minutes behind him. Steve spots Dustin with his head burryed into Eddie's chest crying looking as if Eddie was already gone.

Steve took Eddie from Dustin causing them both to cry much more. Both Robin and Nancy arrived quickly Steve had told them to help Dustin get back into the normal world and get him to a doctor they did as told while Dustin begging to stay along side Eddie.

Steve had carefully picked up Eddie holding him in his arms being heavier than expected taking him inside the upside down version of Eddie's trailor boarding the doors back up just in case.

Steve had asking for Robins and Nancys help he really didn't want to but he couldn't do it by himself, and not in a million years he would of left Eddie there so he had no choice. First they bandanged Eddie as much as they could well mostly Nancy apparently she took med classes once another thing Steve nor Robin knew about her.

Then they after many struggles managed to get Eddie officially out of the Upside down by many ropes and Steve once again holding Eddie since he was the only one strong enough.

Steve really hated the idea of Eddie staying in Hawkins especially his trailer he knew Jason and his goonies would be out trying to hunt Eddie down the thought of that made Steves chest hurt.
Nancy then brought up one of Steves old secret party place it was run down until Steve and his old pals had it fixed so they could party and get drunk without Steves parents knowing. "YOUR A GENIUS NANCY" Steve shouted in excitement. It's so perfect its just a little outside of Hawkins slightly hidden in the woods and it's not to far from any of our houses!

And that is what they did they brought Eddie to the old house still filled with beer cans and trash maybe not the nicest place but it'll work! Nancy stuck in the room with Eddie the cleanest room they could find while Steve and Robin cleaned occasionally every few minutes Steve would check on him worried out of his mind each time from being away from Eddie while Robin each time tried re assuring him each and every time Eddie would be fine.

Eventually they cleaned the house as best as they could in 2 days. No one else but Robin and Nancy knew yet but the time will come they didn't want to say a word till Eddie woke up he was alive that they knew they just didn't know if he would stay alive they all just hoped for the best.
And yet Steve was always by Eddie's side everyday every night.

-Note: Vecna is actually Dead in this book! The reason the upside down wasn't closed is because I associate the Upside down as a living creature it's self and it wouldn't close unless the gates were closed just because Vena is dead dosen't mean the upside down is!
