Steves POV

Dustin had left a few hours ago they didn't really talk just sat in silence with Steve comforting Dustin
It shows how much comfort you can give a person without words

The day was finally over
He could go see Eddie that seemed what he was most excited for

He hopped in the car and drove to the house to greet Eddie being put in the wheel chair Nancy and Robin helping him in

Eddies eyes were quickly caught onto Steve before Steve could even react Eddie yelled "Stevie pooh!!!" if he could he would of ran up and picked up Steve knowing Steve's "5x his weight"

Steve cringed at the name he was just given "I swear never call me that again munson" "or whatttt Stevieee pooohhh~" purposely annoying Steve for his own pleasure

"Shut up" Steve said rolling his eyes with his arms crossed

Nancy than pulled Steve aside to another room seeming serious
"Steve we need to talk"

"Yeah about what?" "is Eddie alright?!" Steve said thinking the worst possible situations

"He's fine steve but.."
"Steve you know that we will have to take him to the hospital sooner or later right?"
"I'm not a doctor I just know basics and he has pretty bad wounds" Nancy said worrying how Steve would take this she knew he hated the idea of Eddie being back in the real world

"Yeah I know I know... but not now I don't want to bring him to the Hawkins hospital it's dangerous with the town hating him and all"

"Orrr maybe we can bring him to the closest town and use that hospital" Robin said butting into their conversation

"GENUIS" both Nancy and Steve said turning towards her

Robin was just surprised Nancy didn't think of that herself seeing Nancy was the only smart one

"Steve your such a dumbass" Robin sighed

"WHAT DID I DO" Steve yelled putting his hands on his hips

"Nothing I just needed to let you know" Robin shrugged

"So your just going to take king Stevie here away from me" "you've had him once time for someone else's turn"Eddie said as he came into the room on the wheel chair

"Oh my god when do you shut up Munson?" Steve said rolling his eyes

"oh Steve could you go grab some stuff for Eddie and you a presume your staying the night again"
Nancy asked

"Like drop by the store?" Steve asked just a little confused as always

"My god Steve no like get some of your clothes or something by your place" Nancy said annoyed at the question she was asked

"Yeah sure no sweat but why do I have to go!" Steve asked another annoying question

"Because it's YOUR stuff for you love birds" Robin spoke for Nancy

"I'm leaving assholes"
Steve said barley comprehending the words Robin just spoke
"LOVE YOU TOO" Robin yelled as he was walking out the door

Steve was back at his house for the first time in about a week maybe longer he didn't like staying there long it was lonely. Guess he got use to the kids always being around.

He grabbed a bag to store clothes and what ever else he needed.
He walked into his bed room for his eyes to get caught on the vest Eddie had gave him he honestly didn't want to give it back but he expected Eddie to want it. He looked at the vest awhile before putting it at the bottom of the bag just so Robin doesn't notice and says something she loved to make Steve mad.

He wandered around in his room throwing clothes in the bag for both him and Eddie.

Before he left he also got all the food and drinks that would fit in the bag along with some more hairspray and a book for Eddie so he had something to do.

He was pulling up in the drive way they all were waiting for him oddly enough including Eddie still in his wheelchair with an annoying smirk on his face
Steve stepped out the car awaited by Eddie
"STEVE" Eddie called
"Hush it Munson" Steve said and like always annoyed

"Hmm no thanks" Eddie winked and signaled Robin to push his wheelchair back inside waving to Steve then Nancy followed

Steve grabbed the bag that held all the things and headed inside along with everyone else

Robin and Nancy were gone and Steve didn't have to work for the next 2 days Robin promised to cover for him since she ditched him that's day so now it was just Steve and Eddie

It was 6:38 Steve was cooking and Eddie was reading the book Steve brought for him it was called "The body by Stephen king" Steve never read it but it was the only book he had and it was a gift from Robin but Eddie seemed to be enjoying the story well that's what Steve thought but Eddie was just delighted that Steve thought about him so much so he brought a book for him that blows Eddie's mind

Steve finished cooking it was egg biscuits

"You know Stevie you don't have to babysit me I'm not one of your children" Eddie said while Steve was handing him the biscuits

"You know when I told you not to go be a hero" Steve said sitting in-front of Eddie but looking down at the bed sheet
"I guess I didn't listen huh" Eddie said letting out a chuckle
"Your such a dumbass" Steve said pushing Eddie away still not looking at him
Eddie shrugged and laid on the bed and continued reading
"You know Munson reality didn't do anything for you" Steve said
"Oh yeah the upside down is reality now" Eddie said still reading
"You know what I meant"
"No I really didn't" Eddie said finally looking up from the book with a frowning face but obviously messing with Steve

"Shit" Steve muttered under this breath

"What's up?"

"Nothing just forgot about getting a mattress so I don't have to sleep in a chair anymore" Steve sighed

"Your sleeping in the chair tonight big boy" Eddie said patting Steve's shoulder

Finally it's out and I didn't know how to end it so I just ended it at 1k words I have nothing to say today so byeee
