Lexie groaned as she woke in bed. Her head was hurting. She and Ross had been drinking and having sex all night. Lexie didn't even get back to home farm until 5am.

The door opened and Kim walked in. She glared to her daughter. "You. Up. You're in big trouble," she said.

Lexie rolled her eyes. "Leave me alone. I'm tired."

"I don't care. I need you to watch Bella. Cassie has a meeting and I've got work to do."

Lexie again rolled her eyes. "Daycare. That's an option," she mumbled.

Kim scoffed and pulled the duvet off of her. Lexie swore and sighed. She looked up as Bella toddled in. "Nanny. I want my mummy."

"It's okay. Lexie here is going to look after you."

Bella shook her head. "She no like me."

Kim turned to her youngest child. She glared. "And where does she get that idea from? Lexie?"

"I haven't done anything. I do like her. She's small, blonde and cute," Lexie said as she climbed out of bed.

Kim nodded. She looked to Bella. "It's going to be okay. Lexie will look after you. Okay? If you're good, you can come to Hawkesford."

Bella shook her head and started crying. She didn't want to. Lexie groaned. "How am I meant to look after that?"

"Lexie!"

Kim picked up Bella and sat her on Lexie's bed. She turned to Lexie. "Be nice. I find out you've made her cry, then you're in for it," Kim said.

***
Lexie walked through the village. She was walking in front of Bella. "I can't walk quick. I only tiny legs," Bella said.

Lexie turned back to her. She saw how cute she was. She smiled. "Come here. I'll carry you."

"Mummy says I can't let people carry me."

"I won't tell mummy if you don't," Lexie said as she picked her up.

Bella giggled and nodded. Lexie walked towards Ross' house. Ross opened the door and frowned. "What's going on?" He asked.

"This is Bella. My sisters kid. I've been roped into looking after her why my sister is at a meeting. Something about moving her business down here," Lexie said.

Ross nodded. He looked to Bella. "She's got your eyes. Cute."

Lexie grinned and walked inside. She put Bella down on the sofa and gave her the iPad. "You sit here and I'll be back," she told her.

Bella shook her head. "I don't want to."

"Half an hour. Then we can go to the park."

"O-Otay."

Lexie walked into the kitchen with Ross. He pulled her close and kissed her. Lexie kissed back.

Ross lifted her up onto the counter. He kissed her again. Lexie grinned. "Let's go upstairs," she said.

"The kid," Ross said as he saw Bella looking at him.

Lexie rolled her eyes and sighed. She looked to Bella. "Watch your iPad. I have to go and help Ross in his bedroom."

"I come?"

"No. You stay here and play on your game. Or watch your shows," Lexie said.

***
Lexie and Ross were lying in bed. Ross pushed into her again. Lexie moaned. She wrapped her legs around his waist and pulled him against her.

Ross began moving in and out of her. Lexie grinned as she kissed him. He picked up the pace.

Within moments, they both released their loads. Ross pulled out and smiled. "You're amazing."

"Thanks."

"Fancy taking a little hit?"

Lexie grinned. "I shouldn't. Not while I'm on duty for babysitting."

Ross rolled his eyes and smirked. "She'll be fine a little longer. Trust me."

Lexie nodded and smiled. She took the drugs that Ross offered her.

***
Kim was sitting in the office at Home Farm. Cassie walked in. "Where's Bella?" She asked as she looked to her mum.

"She's with Lexie. Don't worry."

Cassie scoffed. "I asked you to keep an eye on her. You can't even do that. God knows why I came back here," she told her.

Kim sighed and smiled. "I wanted Lexie to prove herself to me. That I can trust her."

"Yeah. Lovely."

***
Lexie walked back into home farm. She was clearly off her head. Lexie saw Graham standing there. "You're off your head," he said.

"No. I'm not."

Graham took Bella from Lexie as Cassie came out the living room. "What's going on?" She asked.

"She is off her head. And you left her in charge of your daughter," Graham said.

Cassie looked to her sister. She saw the look in her eyes. "He's not lying is he? You're off your head!"

"C-Cassie...I'm not. I've just had some drinks. I promise."

"Drinking. Sort it out. You were looking after my daughter. Seriously Lexie. Sort this out," Cassie said as she walked off.

***
Kim stormed into Lexie's room. She glared. "You've been drinking?"

"Yes. I told you I didn't want to look after Bella. You didn't listen," Lexie said as she laid back down.

Kim looked to her daughter and sighed. She knew she had to act fast in order to save Lexie from the demons in her head.

But would Lexie be too far gone?
