Harry was going mentally insane by the time Friday came along, Severus hadn't talked to him besides teaching in class. He hadn't invited him over, not even a conversation during mealtimes. The silence was becoming unbearable, days had gone by without a word, making Harry very worried.

Severus was finishing his last class of the week, putting away everything during the last 10 minutes.

The students were talking and gathering by the door, antsy to go hang out with friends and relax for the next 2 days.

Harry was in the potions closet, sitting on the ladder eating a small bag of Honey Dukes chocolate bon bons. His mind was racing with anxiety and concern, days had gone by without Severus noticing him, talking to him, not even a note. What did I do wrong?! What did I say?!

Severus dismissed the students, cleaning up the classroom. He knew Harry was hiding in the closet, not wanting to engage with him. I feel bad but...what I'm feeling is not okay is it? For me to like him in such a way??? I should go...I have to think.

Harry came out when the room was empty, frowning. "He didn't even talk to me today." He sighed, his chest ached. I need to talk to someone about this. He thought to himself, rushing out of the classroom.

Lucius Malfoy was sitting infront of his fireplace, reading a dark magic short story book. He often read to distract himself from the silence of solitude and bad memories. Since Voldemort was killed, Lucius tried to fix his life, find new ways of living with what he had done in the past.

The floo flames burned furiously, green light streaming all around.

Lucius hid on the side with his wand drawn, thinking an intruder was using his floo network.

Severus stepped out of the green flames that slowly diminished, leaving a ring of dust at his feet.

"Severus!" Lucius exclaimed, putting his wand back into his cane. "You almost got hexed, a little warning next time?!?!" He yelled, glaring at the unannounced entrance.

"I didn't have time to send an owl." Severus snapped, tapping the dust off his boots.

"To what do I owe this intrusion? I haven't seen you in weeks, do you not know how to write a simple letter?!" Lucius growled in aggravation.

Severus came up on Lucius aggressively, poking his chest. "Talk to me like that again and I'll burn off every inch of that silver hair of yours." He threatened, walking over to put the fire screen back up.

Lucius visibly shrunk at the anger that rolled off of Severus. "Sorry, I have not had the best week...Draco hasn't returned any of my letters." He fixed his cloak, tapping his cane nervously against the black wood floor.

"I have no interest in your family drama Lucius." Severus sat down in the large leather recliner by the fireplace. "I've told you over and over to leave your son alone, he's not a child anymore."

Lucius carefully walked over, keeping distance between himself and Severus. "You are exceptionally volatile today...I can feel your magic wafting off in rage, what has you so disturbed?" He sat in the opposite recliner, summoning one of his elves.

Severus didn't know where to begin, or even what to say. "I have come across a problem...and I expect you to use extreme discretion and keep your mouth shut."
