Harry came back to his rooms after his talk with Hagrid, feeling much better about the whole Severus situation. He stripped his cloak and fancy clothes off, stepping into the shower for some much needed scrubbing and relaxation.

The water shot down from the above showerhead, hot steam filling the frosted glass enclosure.

Harry moaned in relief as the hot water hit his back, letting the pressured water soak his hair. Nothing beats a hot shower after a long day! He scrubbed shampoo into his dark brunette locks, picking up the soap bar while the suds ran down his body.

Severus finished showering and getting dressed after his visit with Lucius Malfoy, sitting on the edge of his bed in deep thought. It's now or never...I've ignored him for days now, I must correct this situation before I lose my chance!

Harry stepped out of the shower squeaky clean from head to toe, the steam rushing out as the doors opened. He walked over to the sink, getting the razor and nail clipper out of the large medicine cabinet that doubled as a mirror.

Severus started pacing infront of his front door, staring at the porcelain deer on the ground. Lucius was right, maybe I shouldn't feel so horrible about this whole thing...I need to talk to Potter...but how do I even start?!

Harry finished shaving his face and private areas, cutting his fingers and toes, moving onto his hair. He enjoyed keeping himself clean and groomed, using a spell to dry and fluff his hair. I want to give Severus time...but all I want to do right now is go over and talk to him...but if I do that will he get angry?

Severus had enough of all this worrying and mental anguish, grabbing his wand.

Harry put on a baggy cotton red T-shirt with dark maroon colored silk pajama pants. "This is ridiculous!" He said to himself, wanting so badly to go over and see him. But he said I wasn't allowed over unless he invited me...what should I do?! He went into the kitchen, pouring himself some of the Fire Whiskey he got for himself from The Three Broomsticks.

Severus stood infront of Harry's door, angry with himself that he treated Harry so poorly, angry that he ignored him instead of talking, angry that it took talking to Lucius to make him see his mistake. Stupid! Why must I always push people away?! Why can't I just knock?! Knock dammit!

Harry downed his first glass, refilling a second helping. He took the glass with him, walking to his door. I should take a walk...the students should be in their dorms by now. He put his wand in his back pajama pocket, opening the door.

Severus was standing in the doorway as Harry opened it.

Harry was shocked to see Severus standing there, worried when he saw the expression on his face. "Snape? What are you?"

Severus pushed passed Harry, walking inside before he changed his mind.

Harry looked down the hallways making sure nobody was around, closing the door.
