Harry woke up to another nightmare, trying his best to push away the feelings of past death and war, knowing there had to be a way to quiet the bad memories of his past. For now he had to deliver a small package to St. Mungo's this morning, his next solo class a few hours away.
Harry carried a leather box that had expensive ingredients in it, knowing exactly where it was going. He smiled knowing he'd see Draco again, but as soon as the smile creeped onto his face, his mind remembered what Severus had said...
It's okay to love a Malfoy...
Harry shook the anxiety from his mind, apparating to the 4th floor reception desk. He fell with a thud, catching himself from any further falling. "Damn!" He hissed, tightly gripping the package.
"My goodness Mr. Potter you nearly face planted to the floor!" The little woman leaned over Harry on the floor to extend her hand.
Harry was getting use to this little blonde woman by now, smiling at her high pitched voice. "Thanks." He took her hand, standing to his feet.
"Delivery today?" The little woman asked.
"Yes! It's the freshly collected ingredients from Romania, just came in this morning." Harry explained, holding the package out so she could see the label on the box.
"Oh! Yes that's right, just down the hall, I'm sure you know your way by now." The little woman smiled.
Harry smiled. "Thank you miss...miss." He blushed, looking for a name tag.
"Oh! Oh how silly of me of course! I haven't told you my name! It's Rosemary!" She gleefully introduced herself.
"What a lovely name! Well Rosemary thank you for checking me in." Harry waved goodbye, heading down the silent hallway.
A large crash echoed from the potions lab.
Harry went running down the hall at the sound, opening the lab door in rushed haste.
Draco was beating a lab assistant with a metal spoon, a cauldron cracked on the floor with a huge spill of glowing green slime and dust.
"I TOLD YOU NOT TO TOUCH!!!! You could have blown the whole floor up!!!" Draco screamed, smacking the older man with his stirring spoon.
The older man ran off covered in green sludge, apologizing frantically until he disappeared.
"Potions accident?" Harry finally spoke, a smirk on his face.
Draco swung his head around. "Potter?!" He wiped some slime off his sleeve.
"Harry Malfoy, not Potter." Harry corrected, coming in as he closed the door.
Draco blushed, taking a towel from the side closet. "I was making a batch of stamina potion...but my assistant made it explode somehow." He glared at the broken cauldron on the floor.
"I've come to deliver the Romania ingredients." Harry handed the package to him.
Draco perked up at the sight of the burned black leather box. "It's early! Very nice." He took it from Harry, unbuckling the strap that held the leather together.
