I would love to see the people who had died in previous series to show up.
If there actually is going to be a series like that (or even a single book would be okay), I have some things I would love to see:
• Zoe being super surprised that Thalia has brother
• Percy acting all Persassy to famous heroes from the past
• Annabeth and Luke reuniting and waiting for Thalia to join them in Elysium, so their family could be back together again
• Hazel being kinda surprised by everything - "This is so different from the Fields of Asphodel!"
• Nico literally knowing everyone 'cause he visits even when he's alive
