Here are some things you probably forgot are canon that popped up in the Titan's Curse:
• Annabeth was taller than Percy when they went to get the di Angelo siblings
• Annabeth wore silver owl earrings
• Annabeth's dad, Frederick Chase, lived in New York and only went to San Francisco to research for a WWI book
• Sea creatures ask Percy for help a lot
• Mr. D actually caught up with Percy when he left camp but he let him go after the others (it is mentioned later in the book that Aphrodite got something to do with it)
• Mr. D called Percy by his real name after the fight after the 'meeting' with Nereus
• Mr. D loves his wife and the reason he despise heroes is because Theseus dumped her
• Some demigods (probably the immortal ones) used Bessie as a beachball (kinda, they used her water sphere as a beachball)
• Bessie is probably still on Olympus right now
• Percy gets blue candy in his stocking at Christmas... (insert me whining about why I don't get that)
• DRINK COFFEE!!! WE SHALL HONOUR THE GREAT GOD PAN BY DRINKING COFFEE!! (Grover thought that drinking coffee will attract (?) the presence of Pan)

Also, don't try to hide the fact that we all want a movie on the Titan's Curse just to see how they'll portray Nico.
