Well,
Here are some channels that probably existed at some point in time:
• Quests - or something like that, honestly, I'll be surprised if the gods didn't watch all of Percy's quests
• Aphrodite's love advice & update on ships - no way, you can't talk me out of it, Aphrodite will definitely do that
• Athena and Hephaestus just teaching stuff - gods need to keep up with modern times, and Hephaestus might also have a channel for advertising the things he made
• Apollo's songs & haikus - HE WOULD DO THAT
• A 24 hour underwater thingy - just like security cameras for Atlantis
