Kai's POV
Nightmare
We just got the survivors up on the bounty and Cole and Jay were climbing back up the ladders and we were set to go. "Ok, Nya let's go," I said and Nya and she accidentally made the boosters go the wrong way and Cole fell off. "COLE!" We all heard Jay yell and I ran to the railing. Cole grabbed onto the ladder but it snapped and Cole was hanging by his legs when Cole finally got up to get up the ladder snapped and Cole fell into the darkness. I ran to the wheel and Zane followed me. "NYA WE HAVE TO DO BACK!" I yelled but Zane grabbed my arms in hopes to stop me. "Kai, Cole is gone," Zane said turning me around I looked at him tears lining my eyes. I hugged Zane not wanting to believe Zane but I knew it was true my boyfriend was gone.
End Nightmare
I woke up panting and tears running down my face, I pulled my knees to my chest and put my hands over my head and cried. "AAAHHHH!" I screamed 3 times. All of the others were asleep but I did not care if I woke any of them up. "why am I still having nightmares about this it was 1 month ago." I said to myself out loud. I did not hear someone come in all I felt were strong arms wrapped around me. "shhh, it's ok baby." someone said but I knew it was Cole from the strong arms. I grabbed his arm put it around my chest and wrapped my hands around his arm. Cole started to roke me back a forth. I started to calm down a bit but I was no help I was still breathing quickly and unsteady but we stayed like this for a long time.
Cole's POV
I could not sleep tonight so I just went to the training room and started lifting weights when I heard Kai scream. I put the weights down and ran to Kai's room and found him shaking and crying to himself. "why am I still having nightmares about this it was 1 month ago." I heard Kai say to himself out loud. I walked in and wrapped my arms around Kai. "shhh, it's ok baby." I said and Kai grabbed my arm and wrapped it around himself and wrapped his hands around my arm. I started to roke him back and forth, Kai was still breathing quickly and unsteady and he was still shaking but he soon calmed down a bit and we stayed like this for about 45 minutes.
When Kai calmed down enough for me to leave I started to get up but Kai grabbed my arm and looked up at me. "please just stay with me tonight, I can not sleep." Kai said in a small voice and I could see that tears were lining his eyes. "Ok but you have to promise me that you will go to sleep if I stay, "I said a went under the covers Kai came right up to my chest I held him close and sure enough Kai fell asleep with me rubbing circles on his back but he was still shaking very slightly. I kissed him on his head and went to bed with Kai in my arms.

~The next morning
Nya's POV
Last night when I heard Kai scream 3 times I was going to get up and go to Kai but I heard running and guessed it was Cole so I went back to sleep I was going to check up on him in the morning I told myself. So that I what I am doing now, I walked to Kai's room and when I opened the door I saw Cole and Kai sleeping Kai was tucked close to Cole's chest and Cole had his arms wrapped around Kai and Kai was happy where he was now. I walked out and found the other boys looking at me with creakiness in their eyes. "No you are not going to blackmail Kai or Cole with this, do you remember last time." was all I said and locked the door from the inside and slipped a note under the door.
3 hours later
Kai and Cole came out of the room and Kai was holding Cole's hand and slightly hiding behind Cole. "JAY WHAT IS THE MATTER WITH YOU!" Cole yelled and I shot Jay a glear Kai was struggling to hold Cole back. Kai was smart before Cole punched Jay Kai stood in front of Jay and take the hit. "KAI," Cole said in shock after seeing what he just did. Blood was coming down Kai's eyebrow, Cole picked Kai up and ran to medbay, and Zane followed them just to make sure that they did every right.
Kai's POV
When I saw what Cole was going to do to Jay I stood in front of him and toke the hit, Cole was clearly mad at Jay but when he saw that I was in front of Jay he let some of his anger go but the hit was still very strong and my eyebrow slit and blood started coming down. Cole picked me up and ran to medbay. He sat me on the bed and started to run around the place to find the bandages. "Cole it's fine you do not have to worry about me, I have been hurt worse than this ok soo just calm down," I told him but he did not listen to me and just keeped running around trying to find the bandages. Zane came in and got the bandages that were in a locked drawer that Cole did not open, when he saw Zane he ran to him and tried to grab them out of Zane's hands but I stopped him. "Cole let Zane do it ok," I said looking up at him. He did give me a nod.
When Zane was done Cole hugged me. "Don't be so numb next time." was all Cole said and I hugged him. "Also Cole what did Jay do that made you so mad," I asked Cole and he broke the hug and looked at me. "IF I YOU MENTION IT I WILL PUNCH JAY TO HELL!" If death had a sound then Cole just used it. I hugged him and by that, he could see that I was upset by me hiding my head in his chest. He hugged back and we stayed like this for a long time before I fell asleep.
