"Luke?" Jamie asked.

When she saw my eyes spluttering open, she was quite delighted. But then, I changed. My eye color changed to gold, and the divine energy coiled around my body. My mind slowly changed to Kronos', and I no longer had the authority to speak my own words. My right hand reached out for my sword, and when I spun it round, it became that crazy scythe.

"Err... Luke?" she asked again.

"I'm Kronos," I muttered, though I really wanted to say that I was well here, waiting for Kronos' signal to change seats. But I have no permission to do it, so I am just watching.

I saw Jamie's gaze drifting to the infamous scythe. She met my eyes, and we said nothing for few moments.

"You didn't tell me the truth," Jamie said, at last. "Not you. I mean Luke." she added.

It was true. I lied to her that it was nothing serious. But it was, because if I had really forgot where I put the bracelet, I might have been gone now. Still...

"Sorry. He was like that for years, and I don't think he can change his behavior." Kronos said, through my body.

"The strange thing is... the more I feel hurt by him, the more I want him back," Jamie confessed. I blushed, mentally, and had to look the other way.

Kronos whistled. "Sounds like you've got him in your heart!"

 Jamie punched him.

"Ouch," Kronos complained. "What-"

"You deserved it," Jamie said. And she gazed at the morning sun. The two didn't talk for minutes.

"Really, why do I feel like..." Jamie mumbled as she saw the sunrise.

"You love him?" Kronos asked carefully, besides his throbbing pain. Yeah, that was the first time he spoke like that. The most gentle tone I'd ever heard in my whole life.

Jamie nodded, slowly. "I just don't know how to tell him," she said.

Kronos got a step closer. He wrapped his arm on my sister. "You can do it," he whispered.

"Do what?" she asked with those blue eyes.

Kronos smiled. "Tell him that you care about him." He gave her the best smile. "You are his sister, right?"

"Okay, I'll try..." Jamie said. And her eyes widened. "What's that...?" she asked, horror on her face.

"What's what? Somethin'-" his words were interrupted by the flapping of strange creatures. "What?!"

"I have no idea what that creatures are. But I know that they are not from our world..." Jamie said, sighing.

"Of course not. I can't remember seeing them." Kronos said, looking at the sky.

I, or Kronos, tightened the grip of scythe. The divine energy which started to coil around my body moved to my wrist.

"I know the name of that." Kronos muttered, a few moments later.

"What is it?" Jamie asked, suddenly curious.

"Vampire Fruit Bats," Kronos mused, "They have to be in Equestria..."

"What? Vampires? Equestria? What the heck is that place?" Jamie asked.

"I got a bad feeling... You know, when all the fruits in the whole world is devoured by some creatures, then the other animals who need them to survive will be close to extinct. Stupid food chain..." Kronos muttered.

 Stupid food chain? I asked.

What. You arguing with me? He snarled at me.

I hate Kronos. He always gets me to shiver. No, I said.

 Everything is stupid. Kronos said.

Suddenly, I heard some kind of yell.

"They are coming toward us! What?!" Jamie yelled.

"Fine. I hate to waste my power, but I think I have to," Kronos said. Before the first Equestrian Fruit Bat could strike, he created a magic shield out of his divine energy. It bounced off, and fell. More fruit bats came, and there was no way but escaping.
