'No, no, no, no!' I shouted in my mind. 'Please stop that!'
All of a sudden, someone blocked the crazy attack. He was...
"Jamie!" Kronos shouted. "I thought I told you that gods are aiming at you!"
"You didn't!" My sister shouted back. Her face was pale. "But... thanks!" She said as Kronos helped her stand up.
"WHO DARES TO GET OUT OF MY MASTER BOLT?!" Zeus screamed.
"Sorry, but I - we - do," Kronos muttered.
Every god was watching them now. Hermes, me and my dear sister's father, was pale, and Aphrodite was watching them as if it were funny. Apollo leaned in; he was curious. Artemis was reading her bow. Poseidon was mouthing to Jamie 'Just don't die' and Demeter was rolling her eyes. 'Our little brother's going crazy,' she mouthed.
Kronos motioned my sis to get closer to him. Reluctantly, she did, and he covered her in his mighty black wings. Only her eyes remained, staring curiously at Kronos. He smiled to her, giving the craziest smile he could ever make. When he turned back to the gods, his cold gaze returned. Cold and distant, yet warm gold to Jamie. She snuggled in his wings.
"Aww..." I heard Aphrodite saying, "They are so cute."
"HE ISN'T CUTE, APHRODITE!!" shouted Zeus.
"You don't yell at me, Zeus!" Aphrodite screamed. "I know a lot about love, and you don't understand any of it!"
"WHO TALKS TO ME LIKE THAT?!" screamed Zeus.
"I do," Kronos said. When Zeus glared at him, he just smirked. "What," he spat.
"For once, I agree with him," The goddess of love said. "Only this time," she said when she saw Kronos' infamous grin.
"WHEN WILL YOU GET BACK MY MASTER BOLT ANYWAY?" Zeus yelled to Big K.
"I don't think that will ever happen," Kronos gritted his teeth. He swirled the godly weapon. "You were trying to kill Jamie."
"That's NOT what I was going to do!" The King of the Gods shouted in fury. "I was going to-"
"Going to kill me, huh?" The King of the Titans muttered. "You know, you can't killl me."
"I CAN!" Zeus shouted. "You're just in your host's body."
"Lord Zeus, STOP!" Someone screamed. Like always, it was Hermes, and he stood up from his throne. "Luke's still my son."
"Yes, he is. You might think that I am in his body without his permission or something like that. But-" Kronos spreaded his arms. "-he asked me to protect this girl. And when someone's in my mind for that long time, it's her. I'll do anything for her."
Jamie smiled. "Really...?" she sniffled. "Wow."
Kronos flashed her a perfect grin. "You know, Luke is really worried about you. He 'transforms' into me, since he knows that he is no match to Olympians." When he saw her happy tears, he used his feathers on his wings to wipe them out.
"Luke is awesome," she managed to say.
He smiled at her. "I know."
Just then, we heard someone cracking his knuckles. It was that awful god of the sky, and I mentally rolled my eyes. 'It's him. Always him.' Kronos twirled the sword Backbiter and it changed into his infamous scythe. He then tossed the god his master bolt.
"What...?" Zeus looked confused.
The Titan smirked. "I'm going to play a fair game, O Drama Queen."
"Don't call me that!" Zeus screeched.
Big K grinned evilly. "Let's start it then."
Zeus threw his returned master bolt at Kronos, who dodged it easily, even with Jamie under protection of his wings. I suddenly remembered that he did not take care of one person like that very much. My sister was special somehow. So that's why he smiles so sweetly when he meets blue eyes of Jamie.
Knock it off. Kronos grumbled.
I just laughed.
Oh gods. Zeus was really angry. "WHAT ARE YOU DOING IN MY THRONE ROOM?" He lunged at us.
"Oh come on, son, you know that you called us. I didn't volunteer to be in fight." Kronos smirked at him, blocking the attack easily.
"Anyway, mister I-will-destroy-Olympus, why are you protecting that demigod so much? Is she worth this fight?" Ares asked rudely, and he received a cold glare from Kronos.
"I don't want to answer your dumb question, Ares," Kronos growled. He winked at Hermes, who was shocked. "I will protect your daughter."
He nodded, still shocked. "Okay, thanks."
"So, um..." Jamie spoke quietly, but Kronos listened to her. "What's going on anyway? Why is Lord Zeus shouting like, um, mad?"
"You Lord him but you don't do the same to me," he grumbled. "I don't take the same respect, huh?"
Jamie leaned against his feathery wings. "You are my favorite person, Kronos. You are my friend... no you are one of my best friends." I could sense him smiling. "Great."
Kronos didn't noticed that another strike from angry god was coming towards him, since he was dazed by my sister's words.
"What?!" shouted Apollo. "Father!"
"No, no, no, no!" screamed Aphrodite. "Don't let them die like that! I was already shipping them!"
But the most shocked person was Hermes. "Duck!" he shrieked. "I can't lose my child once again!"
Kronos, wide-eyed, stood looking at the charging weapon, which was super fast. Yes, he would have stopped the time, but he had no power doing so. He just used so much for protecting my younger sister. I made a mental note to thank him for his actions. But that's if we don't die...
Jamie Castellan stood out of the darkness. She then ran with her full speed and knocked Kronos over, causing him to roll over to the side. She was, wow, faster than any mortal could ever run. Her eyes widened as the master bolt hit her.
"Jamie!" Kronos screamed as his armor appeared over his body. He pulled Jamie to his side, but he was just too late. She was knocked out; unconscious. My tears flowed over my cheeks mentally. But the craziest thing was that Kronos was crying too.
Then, Ares shot a gun toward him; Kronos just closed his eyes, knowing that he'll fall into Tartarus.
Sorry. That was the last thing I heard before we both fell into unconsciousness.
