Issue #02. Like Always

[Ch. 7]

 As soon as we got out of Percy's cabin, I told her everything we should do.

"Good at singing?" I asked Jamie.

"Well... I was not the best, but I was not the worst either." She looked at my strange look and added. "Back in my school."

 I nodded. "You know what should do, right?"

"Yeah. As I said before, I will do anything to get out of this crazy trouble." She smiled.

 We went to our home cabin before anyone saw. I made my way through my 'secret place', and we planned exactly what we should do tonight. It had lots of flaws, I admit, so Jamie offered to make Plan B. When Plan A - the original one - doesn't work, we will go to Plan B and see what happens. Oh dear, there comes our cabinmates.

"Be quiet." I said to her really quietly. Jamie nodded in the darkness.

"-you are saying that Luke was planning this for a very long time?" someone asked.

"Yeah. I guess so. I have no idea why he still believes that Titan who made our friends die." another agreed.

"What about his little sister? I really don't know... Why does she like Luke that much? She looks like she is being inspired by him." A new voice muttered.

 I couldn't take it anymore. This conversation... it was making me real sick. I glanced at Jamie, noticing that she had been hurt by their words. Then I felt like coughing. Blame Hermes... His kids don't do any of the cleaning stuff! Oh, how I wanted to be in Athena's Cabin! Their cabin is nice... Real clean, except for their plans and things like that.

 No way. I can't stay here more, because longer I'm under here, sicker I will get. It felt like coughing... again.
