The boys arrived just before the sun sets down, all worked up and tired. The three didn't know how and what happened, but the rest managed to secure the goods they need enough to fill them for at least a week

That's if Ytriel and Theon won't wake up in the middle of the night starving like unfed dogs

"You got me lactose-free milk?" Ytriel's eyes shone when he saw a bottle of his favorite brand of almond milk from the bag Jethro was holding

"No that's for my matcha latte" Jethro replied while taking out the things they got from their shopping spree

"We went on a wet market how did you manage to find- You know what? Whatever" Yyan just shook his head and went on his list

"Ew why does the steak looks like this" Michaelis grimaced while taking out a whole plastic of uncooked pork cut

"I can't keep up with these golden spoon mindset" Hendryx whispered while counting their stack of goods

They continued fixing and arranging the things they got, with the same question stuck on the head of the two idiots- "How did they manage to buy all of these?"

But they didn't speak. They just continued helping without a word

Maybe a little now and then

Okay maybe they asked a lot

But they didn't ask the question that has been bugging them since earlier

"I know those eyes, Philistine. Spit 'em out" without even looking, Hendryx spoke when he felt the uneasy atmosphere around the two

"Eh... Okay fine! You don't need to answer everything. But at the same time, you should. I don't think I can sleep with these thoughts bugging me. What's happening? What do we do now? Where do you get money to buy all of these things? What do you mean by the Fitzgeralds being at the top of the food chain? What does counterfeit means? And why did you get the spam original version when the lite one is better? Original version is too salty to my likings. You know? And oh the milk, good thing you got—"

"Okay, you're getting sidetracked" Yyan stopped the kid from rambling his thoughts out. Ytriel just muttered a soft apology and hid behind his brother in embarassment

"Who said we bought these things?" Jethro furrowed his eyebrows while munching on a chip Max opened a while ago but didn't like the flavor

"What?" Michaelis asked confusingly. If they didn't buy these, does that mean-

"Yep." Theon just nodded

Ytriel was about to add something when Theon spoke again. "Nope." He already knew what was on his brother's mind

"How did you bribe Jaxen to this?" Michealis knew Jaxen would be the first one to disagree on things like stealing, or anything illegal. He can't even go a mile over the limit or cross the road without a pedestrian lane

"Huh?" That explains why.

He looked and saw that Jaxen is currently holding his favorite snack, sharing the bread to his brother and eating only the chocolate dip

"Nevermind." Michaelis just shook his head

"Everyone to the living room. We have stuff to talk about" Yyan shooed everyone away and continued fixing the stocks, until only a few were left.

He left it alone, following everyone to the living room to talk about the elephant in the room

What happens now?

"Okay, I know you have questions. This is the perfect time to ask 'em" he started, seeing the curious face of the kids

"How did you get the groceries—"

"Do we have to do this every now and then—"

"How is that steak so pale—"

"Can I eat now—"

"What happen to us now?"

Only Max's question was heard by Yyan. No way in hell will he cater the unnecessary concerns of the other kids when there's more pressing matter they needed to discuss.

"Good question," he pointed Max who only looked at him boredly. "What happens to us, no, you, is up to yourselves. On how you will handle this pressure, on how willing you are to dirty your hands to survive, on how much you wanted to survive. We're only here to guide you, but the decision is for you to make." He shrugged as he took a bite on the apple he was holding.

"You sound like Mr. Martinez." Ytriel perked up.

"Excuse me?" Yyan doubted his ear. Who the hell is Mr. Martinez?

"Our Mathematics teacher." Jaxen replied for Ytriel.

"We only record your scores, you are responsible for it. Stuffs like that." Ytriel said even changing his voice to fully impersonate the old teacher. Theon and Cozen giggled at the younger's unexpected words.

"Mr. Martinez is a Math teacher? I thought he is teaching Science." Michaelis joined the conversation.

"That's because you only attend your P.E classes and ditch everything else." Jethro rolled his eyes. They are in the same age and year after all. And because he was the one being nagged to call out the other.

"Look at these kids getting lost in their own bubble again." Yyan scoffed as he watched them. At the same time, he felt relief. At least, at time like this, they can still act like kids even if the situation forbid so.

"Shut!" With Tyrron's outburst, everyone went silent. "Now, continue with the serious matters and talk about nonsense later."

Yyan sighed. They won't go anywhere at this point. He clapped to gain their attention before speaking, "So, what's your plan?"

"We plan to stay." Cozen said.

"To stay what?" Tyrron pressed further. Maybe because of hunger, but his patient is very limited today.

"To stay alive." Max said after some thought. His words made the Tyrron Scorpius smile.

"That's the spirit." He said, proud of his mentee. "Not so hard to answer directly, huh?"

"And your plan after that?" It was Yyan who asked this time. Surviving is, of course, their first plan. But it shouldn't be their only plan.

"Then destroy the clans." Jethro said with a cunning smile.

"Oh?" Tyrron was both bewildered and amused. "I like your thoughts." He chuckled.

"Thanks. I try not to be too much." Jethro shrugged condescendingly.

"Okay, okay." Yyan rolled his eyes. "So that's your plan?"

"Well, yes. But we will add more along the way. Can't really decide abruptly when we don't even know who we facing against." Theon said earning a curt nod of approval from his friends.

"We can certainly help if that is your plan, but are you willing to take our help and learn?" The pink haired man asked.

The seven shared a look, then with a determined eyes said: "Yes."

Yyan smiled. I guess the result wouldn't be bad if they react like this.
