"Are you sure this is the way?" Jaxen wearily asked as he holds onto his brother's shirt tightly

"I'm certain." Cozen replied, looking left and right before passing through an intersection of people

Dirty Waters is very different from the area they grew up. People are loitered around, cars and motorcycles having a hard time passing through the sea of people, children running around teasing the passersby. 

Stealing and scamming are also done on broad daylight. No one is scared to do illegal stuffs in this area.

They were all walking with their guards up when Theon accidentally bumped into a rugged man, making him step back and bump into Jethro in the process

"Watch your step, bitch" 

Theon just ignored the man and continued walking when he suddenly touched his wrist

"My watch is gone" He breathed and looked back but saw a sea of people walking in different directions

"What?" Ytriel asked with a loud voice, not hearing his brother properly

"My watch! The silver one!" Theon replied, his voice parring with Ytriel

"It's just a watch Theon" Michaelis continued walking, not minding Theon's panick

"No- it was a gift-!" 

"It's just a fucking watch, Theon! Stop bitching about it!" Max finally exclaimed after being annoyed on Theon's frantic behavior

"'Just a fucking watch'? No wonder you're not Ezekiel's favorite. Fucking deadbeat" Theon replied sassily and continued walking with a heavy heart without his precious watch

"Okay you got something to say at me Philistine? Come at me and we'll see who's the deadbeat!" Cozen and Jaxen had to physically stop Max from landing a fist to Theon, but Theon just stood there rolling his eyes

"Let's go. It's almost surge, the amount of people will triple in no time. We can't afford to get lost in here" Cozen spoke with authority and dragged the cursing Maximillian with him

They all continued walking until they reached an alleyway with a dead end.

"Great. Now what?" Jethro asked with his arms crossed, feeling annoyed with the flies that have been bothering him since they arrived at the Dirty Waters

"Follow my lead" Cozen stood on the wooden planks placed carelessly on top of each other, then used the size of the narrow walls to push himself up til he reached the top of the brick wall, and hopped over to the other side

"Let's go!" Cozen shouted from the other side

Michaelis squinted his eyes, and moved the planks away before tucking himself into the small hole at the side of the wall

"....or that could work too."

The rest followed until everyone reached the other side of the wall

"Woah" Jaxen said in awe

Life on the other side of the wall is different from the Dirty Waters.

"And here I thought Dirty Waters was the worst City." Max sassed

It was much more than the City they were just in a few seconds ago.

It was somehow... Darker

It made Dirty Waters look like a paradise at least.

"Welcome to Midas Union's turf." Cozen said with full enthusiasm

"Midas Union? Like Hendryx's former gang?" Ytriel curiously asked, looking around as if someone would appear behind him and break his neck
