Tamaki woke up from his nap a little groggy. He looked at his phone seeing he had 3 new text messages. The first one was from his mom saying when he was going to come home. He totally forgot that he was going home for spring break. He texted her back immediately then read his other two. One was from Nejire asking if he was free tomorrow. Tamaki texted her back, saying sure as he really had no plans. The last one was from Mirio, asking if he had felt better. Tamaki texted him back a yes then got up. He put some presentable clothes on and grabbed everything he needed to go back home with. He carried everything in a bag and a suitcase. He walked out of his dorm, hoping nobody would stop him on the way. But that wasn't his luck. "Kitten-hearted! Hii!" Nejire screamed down the hallway. Tamaki hid his face then groaned. "Why are you being so loud?" Tamaki asked, as he glanced to see if anyone was looking at them. Nejire showed Tamaki her phone. It was a text message that Yuyu sent her.

Yuyu: Yeah me and Mirio just got into a pretty bad argument.

Nejire: Really? What about.

Yuyu: He insulted me by saying I was dating him for fame.

Nejire: Why'd he say that?

Yuyu: Idek I just can't speak to him right now.

Tamaki was surprised. That's not like Mirio at all. He handed the phone back to Nejire then hummed. "I hope they get through it." Tamaki said as he began walking away. Nejire caught up to them and scoffed. "Don't you want Mirio? This could be the best thing for us!" Nejire said. The comment caught Tamaki off guard. He looked at her confused and shook his head. "As much as I want Mirio to be my boyfriend, I would never wish that one of his relationships fail. Then it would just make him sad. If living with the fact Mirio will never want me will make him happy then I'll just deal with it." Tamaki told the purple haired female. She let out a big sigh. She began to feel guilty as she thought of how bad her plan sounded. "Well, still. I have the chance to comfort her. That's all I really need." Nejire told him. Tamaki smiled, they talked a bit more before parting ways. "Hey Tamaki. Before you leave, can I ask you something?" Nejire said in more of a whisper. Tamaki looked at her confused then nodded his head. "With you being mated with Mirio, how does Mirio dating someone else affect you?" She asked him. Tamaki blushed then laughed nervously. "Unless they do something intimate, it doesn't affect me. I just get a bit sad, but please don't tell anyone." Tamaki told her. Nejire tapped his shoulder and smiled. "I haven't and I promise I won't. I wish you good luck." Nejire said, they said goodbye to each other and Tamaki began walking home.

With the talk about Mirio and him being mates now he was thinking about it. He thought about Yuyu and Mirio becoming intimate without him knowing. He knew that his mark would burn and the thought made him scared. He walked home with tears threatening to fall. He then began to think about the papers. Tamaki didn't even take the papers, as soon as he got settled at home he was going to look up the surgeon that removes marks. It wasn't going to get rid of Tamaki's feelings towards Mirio, but it was sure going to make it a hell of a lot easier.  This was maybe the last thing he needed to worry about, he was graduating soon and he had testing coming up. Worrying if he needed to remove his mark does not need to be on his list of worries right now. When he finally got home, he unlocked the door then smiled. "Tamaki! You're home!" His mother exclaimed quietly. She smiled and gave him a big hug. "Hey mom." He said, putting his things down. He gave his parents a hug. "Here, go get yourself situated and I'll make dinner to celebrate." His mother said. Tamaki smiled then went upstairs to his room. He put his things down and started putting all his clothes away.
