Once upon a time, there was a girl named Emily that lived in a small village where she is famous among the villagers as the "Ugly Girl" because her face is really ugly.
Emily is upset that she's always being bullied and gossiped about by the villagers regarding her appearance.
Then one day, an old lady come to her to give her an offer.
"Hey little girl, I saw that you're upset about something. What happened?", asked the old lady.
"I...I just can't stand villagers here talking bad about my face. I know that I'm not beautiful, but they shouldn't do that to me", cried Emily.
"I see. Hmm, maybe I can help you to become beautiful."
"What? How?"
"Well, come to my house tomorrow night. I'll show you how. My house is right over there. I'll see you tomorrow."
The next night, Emily went to the old lady's house.
"Ahh, you're here! All right, open your clothes and sit in this bathtub", said the old lady.
"What?! Why do I have to do that?!", asked Emily.
"Do you want to be beautiful or not?
"Okay fine. I'll do it."
She then opens up her clothes and sits in the bathtub containing water with vinegar.
"Why's this tub smells like vinegar?", asked Emily.
"Well, you're gonna meditate here. Once it's the full moon after this, your face will be beautiful and no one will ever disturb you anymore. So stay here, and meditate yourself", said the old lady.
The old lady then went to her room while Emily is sitting in the bathtub meditating on herself while waiting for the full moon.
Midnight has come, and the full moon rises. When Emily is meditating on herself in the bathtub at the old lady's house, she suddenly feels uncomfortable. She feels that her whole body is cramped and can't even move. Then, she started to scream and her head is being twisted. Then, Emily is now a 'floating head' ghost with organs as the body.
The old lady came out and shocked to see Emily's appearance. She then said, "If you want to be beautiful, go find a pregnant woman and suck out her blood. You will be beautiful in no time."
Emily then went to a house where she found a woman is delivering a baby. She then attacked the woman and the woman with the baby is dead because she sucked out their blood.
The next day, the villagers found out about this and went to Emily's house. They found Emily there where her face is now beautiful, and not ugly like before. The villagers believe that she's a demon and she's the one that cause a woman with her newborn baby to died.
Emily is panicked and run away from the villagers. Some villagers went to catch her, while some villagers burn down her house.
After for so long she runs away, she's hiding herself in a cave. She's really upset that she's really trusted the old lady for her to be beautiful. From that day, she's never get out from the cave and survive by herself in the forest.
