As you all know, Melancholia is not real and it is an illusion. Melancholia is actually a test, a database and it is a fantasy. So, the story of Melancholia which is Hotel Melancholia, Melancholia High School, Melancholia Hospital and Melancholia Carnival Circus is not real. In this, the real truth will be revealed about what happened to the characters.
As you all know, Mr. Biugle or Ben was a reporter and he wanted to go back to his hometown but his car broke down during his journey, so he decided to stay at Hotel Melancholia. But many weird things happened at that hotel.
He met with a girl called Janice, whose real name is Tiffany Twisted. She's one of the staff there but then she revealed that she was actually a traveler too and she forgot her exact name after dancing 'The Sweet Summer Sweat'. Then, when she asked Captain Barnacles about her true identity, he told her that she was a staff member there who just recovered from amnesia, and he named her Janice.
When Ben wants to check out from the hotel, he can't find the passageway and he got stuck there forever, and after that, he passed out. When he woke up, Janice came to Ben but he didn't even recognize himself. Janice then said that his name is Benson Martell and he also said that Janice is his girlfriend. And then, Ben becomes the staff at the hotel forever and he even can't leave the place.
That's not the end of the story. As you all know that Melancholia has been destroyed due to the destruction core of the database at the Carnival Circus. So, what is the fate of Biugle and Tiffany? Here is the story after the destruction of Melancholia.
When Benson and Janice are working at the hotel, they suddenly heard an explosion from somewhere near the city and it caused all of Melancholia's city to be destroyed. They tried to run away but when they were running to find the exit, they fainted.
When Benson or his real name is Biugle woke up, he was shocked that he was in his car, and stopped at the left side of the highway. Later, a girl knocked on Ben's car.
"Hi! Is your car having trouble?," asked a girl.
"Hi, uh yes. My car seems to be broken. I want to go back to my hometown," said Mr. Biugle.
"Oh, where's your hometown?" asked the girl.
"My hometown is at Zendaria," said Mr. Biugle.
"Oh, I also want to go there as well. How about I give you a lift?" asked the girl.
"Sure. I will call my mechanic to take my car to their workshop to fix my car," said Mr. Biugle.
He then later called his mechanic and then rode the girl's car to go back to his hometown. He then saw the girl's face and he felt that she was familiar, so he asked her, "Uh, excuse me, have we met before?"
"Uh, I don't think so. We just met in the car. Why do you ask me this?" asked the girl.
"Nothing, your face looks similar to someone, but I don't remember her. Forget about that, anyway what's your name?," said Mr. Biugle.
"My name is Tiffany. Tiffany Twisted," said Tiffany.
"Oh, my name is Biugle, just call me Ben," said Mr. Biugle.
The real story is, that Ben found Melancholia but the place is destroyed, so the place is gone forever. After that incident, he doesn't remember anything about Melancholia or that he met Tiffany at Hotel Melancholia. He only remembers that he fell asleep due to his car breaking down and he met Tiffany that is kind and wants to bring him back to his hometown. Tiffany also does not remember anything about Melancholia although she also found Melancholia, she only knows that she's traveling to Zendaria and she met with Ben whose car is broken and she asked him to join her to go to Zendaria. Looks like their memory of what happened at Hotel Melancholia is gone forever because Melancholia does not actually exist at all.
