Being an Alpha supposedly frees one from the confines people place on other dynamics, frees you from the prejudice of the world, but really, none of the dynamics are completely prejudice free. Omegas are considered sex slaves for the most part, people refusing to believe they have rights of any kind since all they crave is dick once their heats hit. There are few people willing to stand up against that and so most Omegas are slaves, sold for pleasure by assholes who took advantage of the Cagaster outbreak 30 years ago to make the business accepted.

Alphas are seen as vicious, disgusting creatures who would tear apart anyone who angers them too much, that only fuck and never love, that can feel nothing other than anger, pride and dominance, are the most untrustworthy of the dynamics. Beta's are considered spineless cowards, since they rarely get with either of the other two dynamics and mostly do not do anything, staying out of anything involving Alphas or Omegas. Of course, with the Cagaster outbreak, you would think the prejudice would get better, since Betas as well as Alphas become the Military or Exterminators. Of course, Omegas are still sold as slaves, which is an acceptable form of business.

Kidow had never seen the point in being bias against one dynamic or another, nothing good comes from it. Alphas are just people who know the best way to keep others from facing or experiencing the same things they did - like Qasim or Hadi - while Betas just happen to be people who are pretty well adjusted to their trauma, accepting everything as is - like Aisha and Jin - and Omegas are the one who become deeply traumatized, barely capable of living in the outside world, the darkness swallowing them completely and dragging them into the depths. At least, that's how Kidow sees them, but maybe he's wrong. He watches with a blank look as Jin unloads several people from his car - slaves, from the ink on their hands - and ushers them towards the person who had climbed out of the passenger seat, clearly the one selling them. They must be Omegas then. He wonders if mayhaps the one called his ' other half' might be in there, wonders what they're like and what dynamic they might be, uncaring of what gender.

He sighs, stretching and preparing to head home, it had been a lot of Exterminating and he'd had to be on the roof most of the ride, so he's a bit burnt and it wasn't exactly a comfortable ride, so he really would like to get some rest. Hopefully Mario has something for the - he stops as his gaze lands on a young girl, with pale hair and bright eyes, clearly not broken but extremely sad, a dark feeling around her as a result. As soon as he sees her, something clicks into place and he freezes completely in surprise. He blinks a few times, silently asking her to look up, wanting to look directly into those blue eyes - and really does not want to have to buy his other half, though he's more than willing to, if it comes to that - just to get a better look at them. He starts moving closer without thought, trying desperately to catch her eye, unsurprised she's avoiding his gaze, as all Omegas are taught shortly after they're caught.

He sighs in annoyance, turning to wave goodbye to Jin, the merchant sparing him a nod, continuing to usher the people forward - all with a fake smile stretching across his face rather badly - and prepares to return home unwilling to actually talk with people, especially with his sore he is, his back tight in certain places. He's going to have to do some stretching exercises, home they loosen him up otherwise he's going to be screwed until he can see someone who can relieve the knots. He's completely unaware of the 2nd footsteps behind him, or the hand grabbing gently at the back of his shirt, simply focused on getting home as he is. It's with a heavy groan that he shoves the door open, feeling an urge to hold it for a few seconds longer than usual before letting it swing closed behind him.

"Kidow, back this late? Again? You really need more sleep or better meal times, ya know? What are you going to do -? Who's your little friend there hmm?" The boy looks up from his plate of food, wondering what the woman is talking about and turns, blinking in surprise as he comes face to face with the girl from earlier, her hand clutching the back of his shirt and her face set in determination.
