***Hey there. So, there's a little bit of spiciness to this chapter. Therefore, if you wish to skip it, just look for the ***. K thanks enjoy!***

I was sitting in the apartment watching TV when Marc walked in through the front door. I craned my neck to look at him. "Hey Marc. Oh, I was wondering, do you think I could-" "Marc's not here, miel." I was slightly taken aback to hear Jake's voice, but quickly regained my composure. "Oh Jake. I'm sorry, you just look very similar when you're not wearing that fashionable cap you always wear." Jake's serious demeanor disappeared and a smile took its place as he shut the front door. "Fashionable, you say? Noted." Jake then began looking around for something. "Uh, you need something?" "Sí. I'm lookin' for my car keys." I got up and joined Jake in his search. I stepped in front of him and was scanning the kitchen when I felt him gently place his hands on my waist. I nervously laughed and looked back at him. "Jake." He gave me a smirk. "Jake, please. We're supposed to be looking for your keys." "The keys can wait, miel. But I can't." Jake then picked me up and set me on the countertop. I yelped in surprise. He placed himself between my legs as he leaned in and met my lips with his. God, he certainly knew how to make me submissive. I wrapped my arms around him as he left a trail of kisses down to my neck.  He found a particular spot he liked and started sucking on it. I slid my hands in Jake's hair and softly pulled it, making him hiss. He continued his assault on my neck. "Jake." "Hmm?" "I do have a job, you know. And if I come in there with all these marks you're making, that job might not be mine anymore." "Fuck the job." "Jake. Please. I'm being serious." "What about me, cariño? I'm less important than your job?" "No. Of course not. You can keep doing what you're doing. Just don't do it hard, is all I'm saying." "How else will I let everyone know you're mine then if I don't?" I didn't reply. I was too dumbfounded to. Jake chuckled. "Wasn't the response you were expecting, y/n?" "I uh..." "You're so submissive, it's adorable. But I will comply." I couldn't think of anything to say, especially since some not so innocent thoughts were swirling around in my head. So, I just went with, "Thank you". "You're welcome. Besides, there are more areas to you than just your neck, miel." My eyes widened at the implication of Jake's comment. I was going to respond when Jake began taking off my shirt. His warm fingers brushed against my skin. I definitely liked where this was going. Suddenly, a notification went off on Jake's phone. He sighed and pulled the phone out of his pocket. He read the screen. "Fuck." "What?" "I have to go, cariño." He then walked away from me and started looking for his keys. "What? Why?" "Customers are waitin'. Why do you think I was lookin' for my keys?" I was silent. And a bit disappointed. "Then why did you stop to...be with me?" Jake smirked. "I just couldn't resist. Not when you were right there in front of me, lookin' like that." I blushed. I looked down at my outfit and realized that it was one of the one's Jake picked out when he bought me all those clothes before that New Zealand mission. I looked back up at him. "Wow. Narcissist much?" "What? I have good taste and so do you for wearin' it." Jake winked at me as I rolled my eyes and got off the countertop. "Sure. Well, I guess I can forgive you for leaving me hanging like this. Especially since you're in the same boat." "Sí, I am. And I hate it. But duty calls." "Right." I stood there with my arms crossed while Jake continued searching for his keys. I knew I wanted to talk to him about the whole spending too much time in that body thing, but I never knew when was the right time. I didn't want to keep putting it off though, it wasn't fair to Marc and Steven. Especially since I said I'd do something about it. So, I would just have to be brave. "Maybe your keys are with your cap." Jake thought about my statement. "You're right. They are. What would I ever do without you, y/n?" I smiled as Jake left the room to find his cap. He came back shortly after, wearing it and his gloves. He also had his keys in his hand. "Well, I shouldn't be too long, miel." I nodded. Jake was about to go over to the front door when I spoke. "Maybe I could go with you." He turned to look at me. "Go with me?" "Yeah. I could sit in the passenger seat." Jake scoffed. "It wouldn't be a very fun car ride, y/n. You'd be in the car with strangers." "I know. I just..." I didn't want to admit that I just was trying to have that schedule conversation with him. So, I figured I'd say the next best thing. "I don't want you to go." Jake paused. He seemed to soften a little. And appeared to be struggling to say something. "I see." We were both silent as I waited for Jake to tell me if I could go or not. He smiled. "Alright. You can come along. It'll be like when we first met. Except you'll be sittin' next to me instead of the asiento trasero." I grinned as Jake opened the front door. He looked back and saw that I hadn't moved. "Well? Are you comin' or not, cariño?" I walked over to him and he put his arm around me as he shut the door.
