y/n was walking up to her locker when she got inturupted by nancy, steve and his two friends, you rolled your eyes you could tell steve's friends hated nancy but you wouldn't say anything because that was their problem. as she was about to walk away they all saw jonathan byers putting up papers of his missing brother for some reason that made you feel weird and decided to go up to him "hey jonathan, do you need help" y/n said " oh no actually just putting this up and the heading out thank you tho" jonathan said with a sad/desperate tone while trying to smile. "please let me go with you, i can't imagine how it feels i want to help you bc he's friends with my brother and if i was you i would want someone to help me" y/n said " are you sure i don't want to get you in trouble with you're mom" jonathan said "don't worry she won't find out and if she does then it's fine she'll understand me" y/n said before jonathan could say anything nancy interrupted him " y/n where are you going?" nancy said "i'm going with jonathan to help him with the missing papers" y/n said "oh come on y/n you have to come to my get together" steve said " well i won't go i have stuff to do" y/n said " y/n come on it will be fun plus i can convince your mom"nancy said "sorry nance but i would like to help jonathan i can't imagine what he's going through you should come too actually it would be better" y/n said "i have to go with steve sorry keep me updated with anything tho" nancy said before leaving with steve after that day jonathan and y/n were very good friends they would always hang out.
