One Flew INTO The Cuckoos Nest

Chapter Seventeen

It takes four nurses to hold Jamie back from me. Tears run down her anger filled face like a violent blood rain in hell. She claws at me like a wild animal and I stand still unsure what I should do.
"That's Ethan Cross! Don't you know what he did? He should be in jail! He should be dead! MURDER!" She accuses me as waves of nausea encase my stomach. The room feels like it is spinning. I can hardly see through the tears that I'm trying to blink away.
Then Jenny is beside her. "Murderer? Ethan? What are you talking about?" She says angrily and I want to smile. She's protecting me.
"So you're the new one? Let me guess Ethan loves you and you love him? Well I hope you love him back because wig you don't he will kill the boy you do love!" Jamie screams and falls to her knees.
Jenny looks at me, begging me to correct Jamie but I just stand there. "That's not true." She finally says herself.
"Jenny! Help!" Ryan shouts bursting into the circle or people who are staring at the seen in horror.
"What's wrong?" She asks seeming over whelmed by this entire scene.
"It's Ethan!" He shouts and points at me, "Ethan has a knife! He tried to kill me!" Ryan shouts and I look at him with wide eyes.
"Ryan don't be ridiculous-" Jenny starts.
"His hand, look it's sliced open!" A kid next to me cries out. I look at the blood dripping from my fingers and bak to Jenny.
"Jenny please..." I say as I realize that she is starting to connect the dots.
"It's true!" Ricky yells holding up a knife from the entrance of the hall way. The nurses holding Jamie let her go and quickly grab the knife from the small maniac. Jamie just collapses.
Now everyone is staring at me, but the only one I see is Jenny.
"Jenny I love you." Is all I say.
"No." Is all she says in return.

Days after that are like hell. Jamie was immediately sent to another hospital, they told me she has major depression due to what I did to Liam.
Jenny and Ryan were both released.
I spent another week in court and jail and all those fun places.
In the end though I ended up right back here in the ward.
I guess I was wrong now that I look at everything that's happened. I wanted to kill Liam and Ryan because they stole my first loves... But really it was all those girls faults.
If there's one thing I learned it's that women are snakes. They're take and break you, love you until you become to much, they're evil.
Everyday they give me a big old horse pill.
Everyday I take it.
