When Jay was still on his knee he saw Hailey crying with tears of joy and everyone even Lacie was shocked ' my daddy is asking my mommy to marry her ' when Hailey was looking at Jay he said
" well Hailey?" Jay asked and she smiled
" yes Jay Alexander Halstead I would marry you." She said and he picked her up & kissed her & she kissed him back when they let go Nadia said
" Congratulations but wait is that why you wanted me to babysit Lacie?" She asked
" yeah, will everyone except for Adam, mouse, you, Hank, and Kevin I told Kim and Vanessa to come and hangout with Hailey for a little while when I got the ring." Jay said as he tried to put Hailey down but she wouldn't let go of his grip
" I think she's stuck to you forever Halstead." Mouse said and they laughed
" yeah well not too long, come on back to work." Jay said
" that's my word Halstead." Hank said
" sorry." He said as they got back to work

Later on

When Hailey and Jay where in the locker room they heard crying coming from the break room so they walked out of the locker room and walked into the break room to see Lacie crying and they were heart broken and they ran over to her & they said..
" sweetheart what's the matter?" Jay asked
" I'm not telling." Lacie said and they where even more heart broken
" come on Lace if you don't tell us what's wrong we're not gonna help you." Hailey said
" you guys are married and you guys are gonna forget about me when mommy gets pregnant." Lacie said and they where ready to set some tears in their eyes
" oh sweetheart we're not going to forget about you, you are our world and that will never change." Jay said to his daughter
" and Erin was right I'm your stupid daughter." Lacie said and they where even more shocked
" hey don't listen what Erin says she's gone and she can't hurt us or you or the family anymore." Hailey said
" you are our number one princess and that will never change you understand me." Jay said
" yes daddy I understand I'm sorry that I was mean." She said as Hailey picked her up
" awe sweetie it's ok you just didn't understand." Hailey said
" can we still go to the park after work?" Lacie asked
" yes baby we can it's your dessert." Jay said as Hailey smirked and just then Adam came in
" uh Lacie could you help me with something?" He asked
" sure uncle Adam love you mommy and daddy." Lacie said
" aw we love you too." Jay said as she left
" so you was talking about desert meaning your dick?" Hailey asked
" you'll get it tonight in the shower I promise." Jay said as they walked out of the break room and went back to work

Back at home

When they got home Hailey started to cook dinner when she had a stomach ache so she stopped the oven and ran tords the bathroom & she threw up by the time that she was finished Jay was standing by the bathroom door and said...

" soo sick problems I see?" He asked
" yeah, dinners almost ready." Hailey said as she walked back into the kitchen but Jay stopped her
" let me finish dinner and you have a rest. And I'll call William after dinner." Jay said
" your the best husband thank you." Hailey said as Jay smirked
" your welcome. Lacie time for dinner." Jay said as he finished
" is mommy ok?" Lacie asked as she got downstairs
" yes baby she's ok she's just sick." He said
" ok." Lacie said as they all started eating

After dinner

When Jay got Lacie and Hailey to bed he called William just to make sure what was wrong with his wife... When he got the call he pressed ok and he picked up his phone..

( phone call between William and Jay)

William - hey Jay I think I know what's wrong with Hailey

Jay - ok what is it??

William - we did some test results and it came back saying

Jay - Saying what??

William - That she is pregnant....
