Jay - Erin has kids and is coming back with them

The next day - Saturday morning
When Hailey and Jay where in bed they heard their bedroom door open and when Hailey putted her head up from Jay's bare chest she smiled too see Lacie standing by their door with her puppy toy in her arm as she said..
" Mama, I had a nightmare can I sleep with you and daddy?" She asked
" sure princess come here." Hailey said as Lacie climbed into their bed and slept on her mothers chest
A few hours later
When Jay woke up he saw Hailey sleeping on his chest and saw Lacie in their bed as he smiles and kissed both of their heads & carefully got out of bed and walked down the stairs to start making breakfast. When he started cooking he heard some noises coming from the stairs as he turned around he saw Hailey with a sleeping Lacie and he smiled as she walked over to him she said..
" Good morning Handsome." She said and they kissed
" Good morning beautiful how did you sleep?" Jay asked
" I slept good, until this princess came and told me that she had a nightmare." Hailey said and Jay was shocked
" that's the first time I ever heard her say that." Jay said
" Same thing, she never said that when she is around us." Hailey said as Lacie woke up
" Morning daddy mommy." She said and they smiled
" good morning princess. Um could you give me and mommy a minute?" Jay asks
" but I wanna stay with you." Lacie said, ( Yeah this is strange) he thought
" ok you can stay." Hailey said and the little girl smiled
" Alright let's eat and go to work." Jay said as they ate

When Hailey, Jay, and Lacie made it to the district they got out of the truck and walked into the station Trudy was way on typing and she looked up as she saw her two detectives and her granddaughter & she told Jay to come to her and he told Hailey the same thing as last time and she went upstairs with Lacie & he came tords Trudy's desk as he said.
" Yes Sarge what do you need?" Jay asked
" oh I don't need anything, well you see Erin will be here in a few hours." Trudy said
" but I already-." Jay was cut off
" yes I know, but she really wants to see you and the intelligence." Trudy said
" but I can't let her see Lacie with me and Hailey. She'll think that I adopted a child." Jay said
" That's it." Trudy said
" What's it?" Jay asked
" if Erin asks if thats your child you'll say Yes I adopted her." She said
" What no, than Erin will try to get back with me and Hailey will be all alone with Lacie no I'm just going to tell Erin the truth, thanks for your help but I got this on my own." Jay said as he walked up the stairs...
In the intelligence
" Can you believe what I am seeing." Kim asked as Jay got up from the stairs
" See what?" Jay asked as everyone turned too him
" That Erin's coming back and she has kids." Kevin said
" Did you tell them Nadia?" Jay asked
" no I didn't I swear I didn't." Nadia said
" it was probably Hank who told them." Hailey said making him nodded
An hour later
" Hola Como esta bien." Erin said and everyone was shocked
" you can speak Spanish?" Kim asks
" Si Como que no." Erin said as she gave her a hug but Kim didn't hug her back and Hailey & Jay where shocked
" What are you doing here?" Kim asks
" I came here to see you guys and Jay." Erin said
" well I'm pretty sure that Jay doesn't wanna see you." Kevin said
" Yes your right, what the fuck are you doing here?" Jay asked
" Jay, you have a daughter and a so-" Erin was cut off
" Stop with all the lying I'm not their father and I already have a child with Hailey." Jay said
" oh really what's her name than?" Erin asked
" he has a daughter and her name is Lacie maya-angelou Halstead." Hailey said
" what so your a Halstead too?" Erin asks as Hailey looks at Jay than back at Erin
" Yes I'm a Halstead." Hailey said and Jay smirked
" since when you two got married?" Erin asks
" I told them to get married." Nadia played along with them
" what's all the noise?" Hank asks as he came out of his office
" Hank." Erin said as she ran tords him but he stopped her and said
" Explain why did you leave Missy? Come on tell everyone." Hank said
" Well uh." Erin said as she looked at her old team
" come on we're waiting." Hailey said as Lacie came out of the break room and went tords her father
" Daddy, I can't reach the cookies." Lacie said and Jay smirked
" alright, don't start I'll be right back." Jay said as he took Lacie back into the break room, when he came out they started
" come on Lindsay tell us." Kim said
" yeah I was dying when you are going to tell us why you left!" Adam said
" ok ok, well the reason why I left is because........"
