" alright alright it was a bit funny how my wife pushed me down." Jay said and Katie stopped laughing as she looked at him

" Yeah she is. Is their a problem about it?" Kevin asked

" I wonder what Lacie's doing." Vanessa said as she came back with beers

" ok I understand, are we friends?" She asked
" umm maybe?" He said as he left her standing in the streets
Back inside
" So what happened?" Kim asked
" yeah what happened bro?" Mouse asked
" Katie told me she liked me." Jay said and Hailey was shocked
" but your a married man." Nadia said
" Yep I am and I'm not going to ruin it for me and Hailey." Jay said as she smiled

The next morning
When Upton and Halstead got to the district they walked up the stairs and dropped Lacie off with Trudy & walked up the stairs to the intelligence... When they got their they saw Kim walking tords them with coffee in her hands...
" mm thanks Kim, you made this?" Jay asked
" no me and Adam did." She said
" well it's good, not better than our coffee." Hailey said
" Hey! Not funny." Adam said as he came out of the break room
" where's Katie?" Vanessa asked
" uh I don't know and I don't care." Jay said as Hailey smiled and they walked too their desks
" sorry I'm late." Katie said
" that's ok your on time, want some coffee?" Kim asked her partner
" thanks." Katie said as she took a sip
" soo about yesterday night." Mouse said
" oh umm it wasn't nothing he's a married man and stuff." Katie said
" yes your right." Hailey said as Katie rolled her eyes
" why do you like Jay so much?" Adam asked
" I don't know." Katie said

" ok ok, He's a kind hearted man and he's always looking out for his wife and always take care of her and his daughter." Katie said

" and Hailey she's the most funniest detective I have ever seen." Katie said and she nodded
" yeah I am." Hailey said as the hole unit laughed
" so is Adam and Kevin." Katie said
" Jay always calls me the fat head.." Adam said
" oh but I though he called me that." Kevin asked
" I call both of you guys that." Jay said as Hank came out of his office.
" alright guys enough chatting and start working." Hank said
" Yes sarge." Everyone said
" oh and Hank and Trudy are the best sergeants I have ever met." Katie said
" aww will thank you Katie." Hank said
" not really." Adam said as he whispered into her hear
" what did you just say?" Hank asked
" uh nothing sarge she's right you are the best sergeant ever." Adam said
" hmmm." Hank said as he walked back into his office
" good call their fat head." Jay said
" Jaaaaaayyyy." Adam said and they laughed as they got back to work
" I think I'm gonna like it here." Katie said
" oh I'm sure you will with my coffee." Kim said
" you mean our coffee." Adam said
" oh whatever." Kim said as she started typing
