Let me save you

Chapter 1

Sonic was walking through the woods admiring nature and watching the birds fly by he had just defeated Eggman and wanted to have some fresh air before he headed back to the others.

"Faker" a voice not too far away from sonic making their presence known sonic turned around with a grin on his face knowing exactly who it was "hey, shadow" sonic said turning to face an ebony hedgehog with red stripes running down his quills, his ruby eyes glaring at sonic "haven't seen you in a while how's it been" sonic said "that's none of your concern" shadow said flatly "don't be like that I haven't seen you since the last time I beat you up" the azure one said in his normal cocky voice with his hands on his hips staring right back at his dark counterpart "are you sure about that, if I remember correctly it was the other way around" shadow said crossing his arms his eyes not leaving the hedgehog in front of him

"Yeah I'm sure, it was obviously me who won you're just being sour because your a sore loser" sonic said crossing his arms his grin becoming wider, shadow growled lowly death staring sonic 'oops too much I don't want my life to be cut short because of this' sonic thought a sweat drop forming on the side of his tan muzzle.

Just then shadow threw a chaos spear at the blue hedgehog which sonic quickly dodged "Woah, calm down shads I was only joking" sonic said laughing nervously but shadow didn't listen and kept throwing chaos spears his way, one slightly grazing the side of his cheek leaving a small burn mark and before sonic could process what was happening shadow kicked sonic the jaw making him stumble backwards and rub his chin as shadow punched sonic in the face.

Sonic jumped back making space between the two hedgehogs and started circling around shadow and started spin dashing him over and over as shadow just blocked waiting for the right moment to attack then dodged quickly before sonic had the chance to spin dash him again the swiftly turned around and trapped the blue hedgehog by the waist and pinned him to the ground laying sonic on his stomach as shadow held sonics arms around his back as sonic kept struggling against shadow but after a while sonic gave up and shadow smirked "looks like I win once again" shadow said loosening his grip
on sonic

but once he was about to let go and rub his victory in sonics face sonic quickly turned on his side and kicked shadow in his chest then jumped on him both fighting back throwing fists as they rolled around on the ground.

After a while of more fighting shadow had once again beat sonic as they both laid down in the grass covered in dirt and bruises with their quills all messed up sweating and panting from the loss of breath "let's say that was a tie" sonic said still grinning as shadow quickly shot a glare the blue hedgehog's way and was about to punch him again but just before he could sonic put his hands up defensively in front of his face and closed his eyes tightly "okay okay you win you win!" sonic said quickly as shadow trapped sonics neck ready to hit him, once shadow heard that he smirked and stood up and dusted himself off "make that a lesson to you" shadow said about to leave but was stopped as sonic grabbed his arm "shadow wait" sonic said "what" shadow said and snatched his arm away glaring at sonic

He hated being touched sonic just laughed nervously as his dark counterpart glared at him which sent shivers down the azure hedgehog's back but didn't show it "well you know I haven't seen you in a while and I don't want the only time we see each other end in a battle" sonic said smiling at the ebony "what are you implying?" shadow said getting sonic to the point "I'm saying I want to hang out" sonic said still smiling "no" shadow responded almost immediately "what why not!" sonic said crossing his arms pouting slightly "because I don't want to, now leave me alone faker" shadow said starting to walk away "aww why not that's not a good answer" sonic said as he noticed shadow was starting to get annoyed with his whining and smirked

"Why shadow tell me please please please please shadow shadow hey hey hey shadooowww" sonic said as shadow started to crack "shut. UP!" shadow growled "not until you give in, come on shadow lets hang out I don't feel like going home yet" sonic knew he was being annoying to be honest he wasn't just doing that to hang out with shadow he was just fun to mess with the way he gets mad easily "fine! Just shut up" shadow groaned and massaged his head with one of hands wile the other was on his hip he was starting to have a headache

"Great! Now come on I know a restaurant I think you'll like" sonic said walking ahead of shadow leading the way, shadow just groaned and followed sonic not too far behind both still a hot mess.
