"Hey dad?"
"Yeah, Iris?"
"Can I ask you something?"
Iris had come in from talking with Rafe and originally went straight to her room, not wanting to see her parents. But she was feeling much better now and she remembered the maps. So, she was now focused on that.
"Of course."
"Do you still have the original map of the property?"
"Depends which one you're looking for."
"The original original. Three houses. One lot."
Rich took a minute to think, "I'll have to get back to you on that one. Is that okay?"
"Mhm."
"Just, since Ward passed, there's been, there's been a lot of documents to go through. The man didn't make it easy for us."
"Did he leave stuff for you?"
Rich hesitated, "Yeah, something like that."
Her parents had been weird since Ward passed. They grieved, obviously, they were close in ways, but then they moved on quickly. Like robots.
"Let me know if you have any luck finding them."
"Will do." Rich replied, "Get some rest."
Iris nodded and headed off to bed and there she remained until the next morning when she heard her name being called as she got out of the shower.
"Iris?" JJ called out as he, Pope, Kie and John B walked into her house.
She quickly threw on a tank top and shorts and let her wet, messy hair down.
"Tanny Valley is so creepy with no one in it." Pope whispered.
Footsteps were heard above them and the sound of someone coming down the stairs, and suddenly, Iris appeared.
"Oh, morning." She sighed, glancing over the group.
"How are you holding up?" Kie asked, watching her body language.
"Oh, I'm fine." Iris replied, avoiding eye contact with any of them.
"Have you been spending a lot of time at Tannyhill?" John B asked, "How's Sarah?"
"You should probably ask her. I'd assume that she'd like to see you." Iris snapped, "And I haven't been over to Tannyhill since I found out that Rafe was released."
"Alright then." John B muttered.
"Oh, good." Kiara replied, sighing.
Iris furrowed her brow, "Don't tell me you came all the way here because you were worried I was over at Tannyhill with Rafe?"
