"We need to talk, Iris."
Iris nodded willingly at Sarah as she glanced back at Rafe who stood slightly behind her, staring down at his younger sister, "Yeah, okay."
Sarah glanced at Rafe quickly, "Mind if we go back to your house?"
"Listen, I have a party to set up for, you two can chat wherever you want." Rafe spoke up, "I'm not listening."
"Sure you're not, Rafe." Sarah muttered back, "Let's go to my room?"
"I'll follow you." Iris said as Sarah made her way inside the house and she turned back to Rafe, "I'll be back soon."
"Take your time." Rafe gave her a soft smile, "I've gotta spread the word a bit more, you know?"
"Okay." She replied, giving him a small smile as she followed Sarah inside and up to her room, "What's going on?"
Sarah sighed in frustration and then shut her door, "First of all, I didn't know Rafe was back here until earlier, and second, I just had a conversation with Kie."
"Let me guess, she told you-"
"Yeah!" Sarah exclaimed, "What the fuck happened? What's going on?"
"She didn't explain?"
"No and I didn't really want to hear what she had to say, especially after she claimed you were back to your Kook self." Sarah paused, "Which, if I'm being brutally honest, it seems like you are, which is fine!"
Iris rolled her eyes slightly, "I'll start from the beginning."
"Please do." Sarah said as the two girls took a seat on her bed.
"So, the day we got back, Kie told JJ that she overheard us talking."
"Right, shit, I thought we were in the clear." Sarah muttered.
"It's fine, anyways, she told JJ before I could." Iris sighed, "I was going to that night or the next morning, that's why I said I would go find him, but clearly, I never got a chance to because he showed up at my house and just started telling me off."
"Kie seemed really pissed off with you."
"I'm really pissed off with her too."
"What did JJ say?"
Iris looked down then looked back up with tears in her eyes, "He said that the Kook Queen was back to her regular bitchy self and he was about to say that I was going to see Barry next, but I slapped him."
Sarah reached out, putting a hand on Iris' arm, "Oh, Iris.."
"It's fine, it's okay. Slapping him was worse." Iris sniffled, "I shouldn't have done that."
"He's upset. You know he doesn't mean the stuff about Barry."
"I don't know." Iris sighed, "And then I said some things about Kiara."
