"Bri how long you gon sit in this room all day?" Imani rolled her eyes while Mimi came in behind her.
"Until I'm ready to leave" I mumbled.
"Come out to the club with us! You gon be a mom in 4 months you should be hanging out with us as much as you can" She spat turning on the lights to my room.
"Just leave me alone" I pleaded.
"I told you she wouldn't come out with us" Mimi kissed her teeth.
"You so lame. I miss the Bri before Rico" Imani spat.
I did too.
"Well we going to the club. Come or don't come, whatever" Mimi shrugged walking out with Imani trailing behind her.
As soon as the door shut tears streamed down my face. Going through this break up and being pregnant was the hardest thing to deal with, and what hurt the most is that I was going through all this alone.
Not even my friends cared, all they cared about was meeting new people and partying. I was starting to see that Tierra was right. I missed having someone that cared.
I sighed getting out of bed dragging my feet across the floor as I walked to my bathroom. I turned on the light looking at myself in the mirror disgusted with what I saw.
I felt fat, ugly and lost.
Hell I was lost.
After I used the bathroom I washed my hands walking back to my bed hearing my phone vibrate. I quickly grabbed it hoping it was Rico only for it to be Tierra.
I haven't spoke to her since that day at the outlets. I tried to but she just never answered my calls or texts.
"Hello?" I answered.
"Is Imani and Mimi home?" She asked.
"No" I said.
"Good. I'm finna come over and get my blow dryer. I left it and I ain't tryna buy a new one" She said.
"Okay" I nodded before she hung up.
I quickly sat up getting out my bed. I decided to clean myself up and my room since I knew Tierra would pick up on something. I couldn't let her know that I was depressed.
By the time I finished cleaning my room and hopped out the shower I made my way downstairs to clean up the kitchen.
"Unbelievable" I frowned seeing that downstairs looked an absolute mess. Me and Tierra were the only ones with house training and now with Tierra gone, I was the only one that would clean up and with me now being depressed and barely leaving my room, our house looked a mess.
