( S4, Ep 6)

Eddie and I woke up not too long ago as we were now walking through the woods. Eddie hasn't said a single word and just had a blank look on his face.

"Eddie." I tried grabbing his attention, him not reacting making me repeat myself. "eddie "

He didn't turn but kept his eye on something as started hearing people talking.

"Stay here." Eddie orders me as he starts walking forward.

"what? Eddie!" I whispered loudly at him when he ignored me, shooing me away sneakily walking.

I scoffed and stayed where I was. I decided to sit down and lay against the tree. I closed my eyes and took a deep breath listening to the leaves moving because of the wind. It was calm. I blocked out the people talking. I waited for Eddie for a couple minutes until the chimes of a clock caused me to turn.

"Oh hell no" I muttered, I walked past a couple of trees and then I heard it again causing me to turn as the Vecna clock came into view. The glass of the clock started to break.

"no, no, no" I whispered, closing my eyes and taking a step back.

I felt a hand grab my shoulder causing me to gasp and turn and punch them until I saw the long black curly making my eyes widen.

"Eddie I am so sorry" I quickly apologize. Eddie held his nose as he groaned in pain. "damn harrington you got an arm on you."  He moved his hand to see if there was blood luckily there wasn't.

I moved and grabbed his head looking at his nose. "I am so sorry eds." I kissed his nose making a pained smile come out.

"what's up with you Harrington. I told you to stay-'' Eddie started saying, making me cut him off not wanting to tell him Vecna was taunting me. "I got distracted...there was a butterfly."

He lifted an eyebrow "A butterfly?"

I nodded and the face he made let me know that he didn't believe me. "I've never seen one before."

Eddie shook his head "whatever you say." He lifted up a walkie-talkie since ours was soaked.

"We need a place for the others to find us." I informed him, trying to change the subject.

"Skull rock is near here" Eddie told me tossing me the walkie-talkie.

Skull rock was a place for hormonal teenagers, a place where they could do whatever they wanted in secret. Steve bragged about how he practically made the place. When El and I first ran away from the lab we passed by there staying  a bit for cover from the rain before we went back out making sure papa didn't find us.

"Then let's go" I turned and walked to where I remembered skull rock was not noticing Eddie stayed behind to stare at the tree where the clock was before running to catch up with me.

Eddie and I were not sitting against skull rock as I finally got it to the right settings. Eddie took it from me talking into it. "Dustin, can you hear me? Wheeler?"

"Eddie, holy shit. Are you and Ally okay?" Dustin's voice came through, making me sigh with relief.

Eddie moved one of his hands to cover his face shaking his head. "Nah, man. we're pretty...pretty goddamn far from okay."

"Where are you?" Dustin asked, I grabbed the device from Eddie.

"We're at skull rock. Steve knows it and can you guys bring food?" I ran my hands through my hair.

"And my six pack!"

"And Eddie's six pack" I sighed at the end

"Got it.. hold tight. We're coming. We're coming." At the end of Dustin's words you hear the movement of people letting me know that they were actually coming.

Eddie put his head in his hands. I turned my body to face him as he peaked through looking at my sad expression. I pulled his head towards me as he wrapped his arms around my waist and his head landed on my shoulder making me feel his tears as they were landing on my shoulder.

We sat there in silence as tears began to silently flow down my cheeks.

We stayed there in silence for a bit then we moved to the side to see if the others were getting close and then Steve's voice came through the woods. "bada bing, bada boom. There she is, Henderson. Skull rock."

Steve moved from the bushes and walked towards skull rock. "In your face, man. In your stupid, cocky little face."

Dustin's face was contorted with confusion. "doesn't make sense. Steve didn't look at him and stared at skull rock mocking him. "Yeah, yeah. Even With it staring at you in the face, you can't admit it. you just can't admit you're wrong, you little butthead."

Eddie and I jumped off the rock we were on, "I concur. You, Dustin Henderson. are a...total butthead" Eddie agreed.

I nodded "and a total smartass"

"Jesus, we thought you were a goner." Dustin pulled Eddie in a hug while I went to Steve, hugging him tightly. "Jesus ally your soaked"

I pulled away looking at him weirdly, making him sigh moving his position to his signature "mom" pose.

"That's not what I mean."

I giggled and hugged him again and the others passed through and Robin instantly hugged me.

"are you okay? are you injured? How about water or... or food? Oh wait, that's exactly why you asked Dustin to bring food. You must be starving. Also why are you wet? Did you and Eddie decide for a swim although since your clothes are fully wet that wouldn't make any-" I cut robins rambling off with a hug.

"I'm okay." I whispered and she hugged me tighter. When we pulled away Max pulled me into a quick hug but I still kept my arm around her and gave a head nod to Nancy and Lucas.

Nancy gave me the bag of food as Eddie and I sat down and started eating, explaining last night. How Jason found them. Patrick died the same way Chrissy did.

Patrick was lifted in the air and I didn't do anything and because of that Patrick was dead.

A/n

Guys I am so sorry for the long break I took a family vacation which sadly did not let me update since the wi-fi was horrible. But I'm back now and I'm gonna be getting my schedule for this year later today. I'm so nervous and excited since school is coming up. I'm trying to write tons more so I can finish before school starts so I can publish new stories. If I don't make my deadline, which will suck because I'll have to push new stories farther back ill be writing after school and homework. But stay tuned if you like Wyatt Lykensen you are definitely gonna like one of the books coming out.
