Alessandro Marino:
When Amaya came into my office I knew what she was going to ask. I had heard through the cameras. There she was, sitting in my bar, looking all pretty.
Now she is standing in the door way of my office looking not so impressed.
"You have got to be shitting me." She utters.
"That wasn't very nice now, what it?" I reply with a teasing grin on my face. I was very impressed with the situation, unlike her.
"So, your the owner, huh?" She checks to see if she was simply mistaken or possibly dreaming.
"Yep." I respond, my lips make a popping sound with the 'p'.
"Well that's just great."
"So, you got fired?"
"Shut up." Ouch.
"You weren't so unwelcoming the last time we met." She chokes on nothing at that last comment. How pathetic?
"Don't get all embarrassed now. You are quite the little vixen." I add.
"Please just stop, this is awkward enough already." Is it now?
"Well, I am quite enjoying this little encounter." It's true.
"I need this interview, I need this job, so can we just get this done and over with." She groans.
"How about we just pretend like we don't know each other? You are interviewing a random person for this job, me." She suggests. This is going to be fun.
"Role play? Aren't you kinky." I wink at her.
"Please." I nod in response. But then she gets up from her seat and walks out the door. What the fuck?
I hear a knock at the door and I begin to understand what she is doing.
"Come in."
"Hello sir, it's nice to meet you." Fucking sir, damn. I didn't even know I liked being called that until her sweet voice just said it.
I shakes the hand that she had extended and usher for her to sit down across from me.
"And what was your name?"
"Rose, Isadora Rose."
"Such a pretty name for such a pretty face." She is practically staring daggers at me right now. I whisper a sorry and we carry on.
"Have you ever done a job in waitressing before?"
"Yes, I worked in a diner for a year and a half. It was a very beneficial job for me and I was very good at what I did." Good.
"Why do you want to work here?"
"I love a work environment because it keeps me busy and on my toes ,but also because I have three siblings of mine, at home, and they need feeding." Wait, what? Does she look after them alone?
"Are you their guardian?"
"Yes I am." Wow.
"Do you do any other form of work at the moment?"
"I also work as a tattoo artist at a shop a few streets away. It's where my passion lies."
"A tattoo artist? Wow, ok."
"What?" She questions. Isadora Rose likes answers. Inquisitive.
"I'm just surprised how you manage your time."
"I manage just fine."
"Well I think taht concludes the interview." I say as I rise from my seat.
"Thank you for coming, Miss Rose." I say in a low voice, teasing her.
