As you opened your eyes to see an arm wrapped around you, you looked at the person. It was soviet just as you expected. You looked to your shoulder and realised it was bandaged and so was your leg 'he didn't bandage this, it's poorly done?' You thought to yourself as you got soviets arm off you and the the sheets off of you and and off the bed
You knew it wouldn't be the best idea to just start walking so you grabbed onto the stand and held yourself u til you saw someone opening the door, their wings were hard to hide, you could spot them mountains away because damn did those golden wings shine
"M-miss can you please help m-me with something?.." their voice was quiet and calm yet still nervous
You chuckled and you limped your way over to them, they put your arm around them for support and they weren't taller than you but they were still kind of tall
"So what did you need help with?"

"I don't know how to make pancakes and I want to prove Belarus wrong that I can indeed cook but I don't want to burn the whole house down for some contest"
"Heh of course I'll help you also there's no need for formalities you can just call me y/n"
He stared at you for a bit before turning his head away leading you to the kitchen, you turned to Kazakhstan and your lips opened to speak
"Ok kazak wait can I call you that" you said just in case he wasn't comfortable with that
"Mhm!"

You smiled "ok so kazak, we need flour, sugar, milk, eggs, a pan and some oil spray, do you know where those are little guy?" you said
"I'm not a little guy!, I'm literally pretty much the same height as you or maybe your just short and I'm tall!"
You gasped 'how dare he' "I am not short!" You said as you sighed "just tell me where the ingredients are"
"Fine, I'll go get them" he said as he turned around "it's fine I can go get them you can ju-"
"No I will get them, you ware our mom I will help you" Kazakhstan walked over to the cabinets like NOTHING happened while you stood there blushing a deep red
"I-I" you couldn't form a word and Kazakhstan chuckled as he flapped his wings to fly to the high cabinet to get the chocolate chips and whipped cream
"Why don't you just put it in a lower cabinet?"
"If we do my siblings will gobble them up in 2 seconds, it happened last time and apparently they were 'hungry' even though we gave them food and they refused"
As Kazakhstan brought all the ingredients you put the pan in the stove and grabbed a bowl while Kazakhstan stared taking in every detail of what you are doing
It was very silent even though Kazakhstan was a very quiet person he didn't like how awkward it felt "soo what do you think of my dad?"
"Oh he's a kind man, I was actually scared of him when we first met but I'm not sure why but I felt a sudden feeling I couldn't explain" as your lips curled into a smile while mixing the ingredients, "oh so you do love my dad?" "Well in a best friend way"
"Yeah yeah sureee"
As the panels wee finished you grabbed plates and put an equal amount of pancakes on every single plate except soviet you gave him some more since this dude is huge and probably eats more than you could.

"You look weak, are you strong or no" Estonia said you looked to your side to see a woken up tired looking Estonia
"I am in fact not weak, I could pick you up right here right now"
"Hah I'd like to see you try, I'm literally your height" they said smirking
"Watch me" you said as you walked up to Estonia and picking them up, they let out a yelp
