Bettys POV
We were at the border of where my world meets this world.
I looked over and she said "you okay?"
I told her "I miss it there sometimes...I sometimes wish to go and get a Pops milkshake...sometimes I wish...maybe I have a chance to see my mom again...figure out if she's okay...if she's safe...and happier without me..."
Toni frowned and rubbed my back saying "you miss your family, you want that feeling again..."
I nodded saying "ever since my sister...signed her death wish, I just...it made me realize...my family is not how it used to be."
She frowned and held my arm I said "I just...I don't know...I just want this to be..."
Suddenly I felt my chest tighten. I let out a small wince feeling the pain shoot up in my left arm. I coughed and tried breathing.
"Betty?" Toni said worriedly.
I said "my...my heart..."
I coughed and said "I think I'm..."
I gasped as she said "oh my god!"
She held me and said "you're having a heart attack!"
I gasped and she shouted "SOMEBODY HELP!"
I tried breathing as I panicked holding my chest and she groaned and picked me and I held my chest as my eyes slowly closed and she ran.
Toni's POV
I ran as fast as I could and I saw Sweet Pea "call Jughead! Betty's having a heart attack!"
I got her to a hospital as I said "our Luna is having a heart attack!"
I panicked and our Doctor ran over "this is not good we don't know how to care for a human!"
I gulped and said "just do whatever you can!"
She nodded and Betty was starting to have a seizure.
I panicked as they said "hurry it's getting worse!"
They ran through the doors and I cried holding my mouth.
Soon Jughead came down and he said "what happened!"
I said "Bettys having a heart attack."
He ran through the doors and I cried as Sweet Pea hugged me and I held him.
Jugheads POV
"What is happening tell me!" I demanded.
The doctor shouted "shut up!"
She said "it's not allowing her to breathe normally!"
They began injecting needles in her.
I freaked out and she said "he cannot be in here! Get him out!"
They pulled me away and both my wolf and I whimpered at the door locking us out. I slammed it and the glass made a crack and I groaned as I began holding my head and Toni held my arm.
