Bettys POV
I was making food on my own as the pack chef came in and gasped.
"No, no!"
I gulped and he said "I can cook for you Miss."
I laughed saying "it's fine really. Take a break."
He smiled and said "thank you."
He left and I smiled as I finished cooking the food. I set down the bowls and plates as Jughead came down. I smiled and he smiled at me.
He saw the food and growled out "I'm so hungry!"
I laughed and said "I made it."
He laughed and I said "really."
He scoffed and I smiled as he got up and said "you are the coolest person I've met!"
He began chomping and eating like a dog but it was cute.
I smiled and said "I have some more so I'm gonna share it."
I smiled and left. I knocked on the next houses door seeing the Beta & Omega wolves open up.
"Ummm. I made some food. Enjoy."
They opened the lids and began eating and smiled and said "thank you!"
They shut the door and I laughed as I walked back to go see Jughead. It's been about two weeks since the funeral and almost a whole month since I've been here! I was walking around the place as I saw his Omega and Beta training. I smiled watching them train young wolves. I sighed and continued walking as I saw some children running around, playing in the snow. I was wearing a coat and all but I was still freezing.
Suddenly I heard "what are you doing here?"
I gulped looking up seeing a girl with pink highlights and said "I uhh...was looking at the kids..."
She stared at me and said "names Toni."
I smiled and shook her hand "it's the daycare. We watch over the little pups."
I smiled and she said "so you're the human."
I nodded and she said "welcome."
I told her "I'll be right back..."
I squealed to myself as I left. I came back with a huge pot as I groaned and tried to carry it. Toni saw me and helped me.
She asked "what's in this?"
She sniffed it and I said "hot chocolate."
I poked my head to the kids asking "anyone want hot chocolate!?"
They began freaking out and I laughed as I poured them all cups as they all were excited.
I laughed as Toni said "okay you calmed them down so easily..."
I smiled saying "I used to work as a tutor and a babysitter."
