Bettys POV
I was making ice cream by hand as I began pouring the ice cream into a bowl. 

I walked over to Jugheads office saying "homemade ice-"

But as I was about to finish he banged his desk and I dropped the bowl and he saw me.

He ran over and I said "I'm sorry you scared me..."

He said "no...it's okay we can pick it up."

He said "it's just..."

I said "what?"

As a maid came in to clean it up I walked to his desk and saw a paper with the title

'4 Bodies found dead 2 warlocks 2 vampires'

My eyes saddened and I looked at Jughead "no..."

He frowned and I said "we have to find this person!"

He said "we don't know how he's getting past us!"

I frowned and said "I'm scared...so far they killed now three vampires and wizards but only one wolf...what if they come here and kill you....kill one of them members...what if I find another body what if it's one of the children!"

Then they he held my face and said "hey..."

I cried and said "I'm scared..."

He said "no one is gonna get hurt okay? I promise..."

I frowned and he kissed my forehead saying "no one will hurt us okay?"

I nodded and he smiled and I said "I made you ice cream...a recipe I learned."

He chuckled softly and I smiled back as we left his office. I was outside walking as I was near the river and sitting on the edge. I kicked my feet and frowned as I sighed listening to the River.

Suddenly I heard "hey..."

I saw Jughead and said "what do you want?"

I laughed and he sat beside me "I want to sit next to you..."

He smiled and I said "I do enjoy my little wolf..." he laughed and I laughed too.

"How are you so calm?" I asked.

He admitted "I'm not..."

I looked at him as he said "I'm terrified every time I don't see you beside me...I just...it hurts to the point...I want to kill myself."

I frowned and said "you won't right..."

He shook his head saying "it's said when imprinting on someone, you could commit... suicide if you became extremely depressed and if you do that my wolf...will do that because we failed you."

I frowned and said "you can never fail me Juggie...as long as I have you...I'm the happiest I've ever been...that I could remember..."

He smiled and I held his hand and looked at him, we stared at one another for some time and I gulped as I bit my bottom lip.

"Jug..." I let out.

He nodded as I said "Toni told me about imprinting...that I have to choose what I want..."

He looked at me and nodded softly and I said "I feel like...I have an answer but...I also don't know if it's right..."

He said "you don't have to choose immediately Betts...it's okay."

I sighed as suddenly we saw Sweet Pea and Fangs "Jughead! Uhh...you need to see this..."

They ran and he looked at me and groaned as he grabbed my hand and we left. We got to the infirmary as we saw a wolf in a bed.

The doctor said "he's in a risky condition...he's been fed almost a gallon of wolfsbane. Silver was mixed in with it."

I frowned and Jughead fisted his hand.

I rubbed his hand and he said "is he gonna be okay?"

She said "hard to tell unfortunately...but if he keeps up healing he should make a steady recovery..."

I asked "is there anything we can do to help you?"

She said "well...if we can have these things."

She gave me a list saying "I cannot go into town just yet...I need to stay and make sure he's kept stable...can you please go into town and find these."

I grabbed it and said "of course I can. I'll be back in an hour."

She smiled and I left with Jughead he said "you're not gonna go into town, I'm putting the pack on high alert."

He continued walking as we were outside as all of his members stood before him.

"Alright wolves...today one of our own was tortured and nearly killed he's right now fighting for his life in the hospital unit...but we know now no one is safe. We must protect one another. I'm ordering everyone to be accounted every night I will have my Beta and Omega, Sweet Pea and Fangs will come to check in on all of you to make sure everyone is account for, we can no longer go near the borders. Make sure we all stay together and look after one another."

They all nodded and I said "we also cannot allow anyone to know our...our future Luna is...human..."

I looked at him and smiled as I said "we need to protect each other...I may not be a wolf...and so it's hurt me to see all of you...all of you protecting me when I should be protecting you...but I can't...but I will make sure no one comes for us. We will stand strong for this pack. The deaths make us sad but also make us just as strong, we need to stick together to one another. We can't let any of our loved ones...especially the children to see this. We cannot allow them to see these incidents but we all know they're listening. We need to protect them the most. They are the future generation! They look up to us! We are not cowardly waiting for them to attack we will attack once they have charged at us. We must make sure we make no mistakes. We need to make sure we all look after one another. I...I want to be your future Luna, I'm worried what will happen...I'm worried that I will see one of you die. But I'll tell you right now, I will make sure that doesn't happen I will make sure to protect everyone in this pack no matter what."

They all smiled and I smiled back as they began chanting my name. I looked at them as I smiled and looked at Jughead, he smirked and I held his hand and he held mine.
