Bettys POV
Today I was hanging out with Veronica she was with me as we were in my wolf packs town...

Woah

That's crazy to say, my wolf pack

It has a nice ring to it in my ears.

We were in town as she was helping me try on different stuff "since you have diamonds on your robe but flowers on your dress you need a combination. Mr can you please find something like that for us?"

I smiled as Veronica said "you're going to look amazing!"

Suddenly the man came out saying "it is a fine honor to have two Lunas in my shop."

I laughed and Veronica said "thank you. Now come on Betty let's get clipping."

I laughed and nodded. As we were trying on earrings I was looking at Veronica as I stared at her collarbone

I'm gonna guess the obvious that she noticed as she said "you okay?"

I sighed and asked "how did...you and Archie...you know?"

She smiled and said "you're scared huh?"

I said "maybe I teensy bit?"

She laughed and sighed. She sat next to me and looked away and on the floor.

She began "Archie and I met when he was 554 and I was 336. That was almost 200 years ago."

I rose my eyebrows saying "woah..."

She nodded and said "my mom who was a witch was asked to help out the nearby wolf pack with their Luna. Archies mom. She was really sick because of this curse a different witch had put. With witches their are different types of magic you can use so I counteracted it...and than when his mother was saved was when I met him...he so quickly imprinted on me...that night he took me off and admitted to me. But he told me that it was my choice with what I wanted. But...my mother told me how beautiful it would be if...she saw someone as handsome and as thoughtful as him to take care of me. He asked my father being a vampire and all and he allowed it. After a few years of getting to know one another we...well he finally marked me."

I smiled as she said "it was difficult for me to fit in...considering vampires and wolves typically don't get along...but I was able to do it..."

I smiled as she said "why? Do you not want to..."

I said "no! Of course I do! I just...I'm scared...what if I regret this..."

She sighed and turned and held my hands.

She rubbed hands and looked at me "Betty...yes you being human is a really scary vision...but... you need to look at the bright side, if anything we're so to happen...you and Jughead at least...I actually don't know what would happen."

I frowned and she said "hey..."

She held my shoulders saying "when I got my mark...I didn't wake up for four days...that's because when it happens...he basically gave me his werewolf venom...to mark me and for it to scar like this."

I gulped and she said "yes it's scary but...when I woke up he was right by my side...and it was even better when we completed it..."

I said "so you mate...does that mean..."

She said "oh! A baby!"

She laughed and nodded "well...here in this world contraceptives aren't much of a thing unless the wolf pulls out...but even then they get carried away quite a bit and it's so uncomfortable when you think of two wolves cause the female instantly is in heat!"

I laughed and she let out a small one too.

As she said "no we didn't get pregnant...mainly because in my family it's difficult to get pregnant but Archie and I are fine with it we rather just have completed it and if a baby did happen we would've loved it and considering with humans the success rate is 99.9 with that .01 being the rest either you apart of that .01 you will get pregnant..."

I began freaking out as she said "but don't worry! Having a wolf baby will be so beautiful!"

I frowned as I said "you said you were how old?"

She said "right now I'm 532."

I got up and began crying and she said "oh no! Did I do something wrong?"

I said "I'm...I'm a human...I age..."

She gasped softly and I said "so that means..."

She frowned and I began crying and she hugged me and I held her.

"I mean...I'm sure it'll be okay no?"

I sniffled and said "no it won't! It can't!"

She sighed and I said "and times gone by I know it...I had my period..."

She said "oh no..."

I told her "I'm...I'm gonna age and..."

She frowned and I said "no...no this can't....this can't be possible right?"

She frowned and shrugged and I said "so you're telling me...that people like you get to spend their whole lives with their person, the person they love and me...I'm a human...that will age and grow old as the possible love of my life watches me drift into my old age!"

She frowned and I began crying as she hugged me and held me.

I cried out "I can't...I can't mate with him..."

She said "no you have too! Maybe something will change!"

I said "no! If I tell him to leave me alone...and I go back to the human world...I won't have to be...heartbroken..."

She said "but this is your home! He imprinted on you! You were meant to be here!"

I frowned and said "no I wasn't...I was just some stupid coincidence..."

She said "no don't say that! You were meant to be with Jughead be here with all of us Betty!"

I said "either way if it was look at this! I'm gonna grow old and probably forget all about Jughead when I'm 80..."

She frowned and I did too.

"I can't mate with him...I just can't..."
