The crew continued to drink, gamble, and take tons of pictures. When it got close to 6, the groups separated and walked to their drivers' cars. Luna, Jen, and Alec got into the back seat and were talking and laughing. Larry had a smile on his face, happy that they were having fun before the games. They pulled up to the castle and Jen was dragging Luna up the stairs, ready to get her dolled up for dinner. Some bedchamber maids came in to assist Jen and Luna. After they pulled on Luna's royal blue mermaid style dress, some of the maids helped Jen get into her satin white dress.

"Please sit down, Miss Carter, Miss Cross needs to do your hair." One of the maids said as they stepped aside. Jen came around and got a curling wand for Luna's hair. While it heated up, Jen sprayed Luna's hair with heat resistant spray. Jen started curling Luna's hair, having long curls and combing them out with her fingers, making Luna look like a Victoria's Secret model. After she finished curling, she sprayed the blonde's hair with hair spray.

"You look so hot!" Jen squealed as she pulled out the makeup they bought the day before. Jen started applying the makeup, including eyelashes, on her friend. Luna didn't mind some makeup or none at all, she never went as far to do eyelashes. After 30 minutes, Jen finished the look with a shiny red lip. The maid told Jen and Luna they had 15 minutes until dinner started. Both girls slipped on their heels and Jen applied her lipstick as they walked out the door. Thomas was waiting outside of it and helped both girls down the flights of stairs to the first floor. The girls were silent as they walked down, examining the castle. Everywhere they looked there were huge painted portraits of royal werewolves of the past.

"Are all of these the prince's relatives?" Jen asked Thomas.

"Yes, the royal family has always kept extensive, detailed records of who ruled and when." Luna's eyes widened. It was crazy that they could go that far back, Luna figured her family could go back quite a few generations, but probably not as many as the prince's. There were also antique armor and weapons from medieval times. The group had to come to a stop, noticing the throng of werewolves shuffling through a single hallway, towards the banquet hall. Luna was relieved to see they wouldn't be the last people there.

"C'mon! Hurry up!" A female voice said and Luna couldn't decipher who said it. As Luna, Jen, and Thomas reached their designation, they saw many finely dressed werewolves trying to find their seats in the large room. The vaulted ceilings made Luna feel like she could breathe. The room was draped in satin, all the way down to the table cloths. Chalices glittered as much as the crystal chandeliers that hung throughout the room. Numerous guards stood around the walls, all in the same pose, hands clasped in front of their groins. Luna tightened her grip on Thomas' hand and he led the girls up to an usher and told him their names.

"Welcome Miss Luna Carter, you are going to be sitting at a table with the prince and the other hand chosen girls. Miss Jennifer Cross, you will be seated with the other stylists." Luna gulped and nodded, Jen gave her a thumbs up as Thomas led her to her table. The blonde saw Ren and was excited she was able to sit next to her.

"Wow Ren! You're a knockout!" Luna exclaimed as she sat down, Thomas pushing her chair in. Ren was in a strapless forest green dress that matched her eyes. Her hair was spiked in the back and she had minimal makeup on.

"Me? You've got the whole, 'hello bombshell' vibe going on with that hair!" Ren said as she grabbed her wine glass and drained it. The girls talked while others were seated at their respective tables.

"So, is the prince coming or?" A bleach blonde girl asked, her breasts practically falling onto her plate. Luna could tell that was one of the girls Ren argued with. The girl gave off major mean girl vibes, so Luna just tried to ignore her. However, that did have the blonde thinking. It was definitely past 8, and there was no sign of the royal family. Luna cast her eyes over to Jen and saw she was laughing and clinking wine glasses with the other girls.
