So for the cover of the book be it ff or original you want something eye catching or something that resembles the theme of the work.
I personally started from an app called Meitu then moved to Polish: Photo Editor.
And now I use Canva but in website.
And if you don't wanna make it yourself, then there are many graphic shops/portfolios on Wattpad, contact anyone of them and discuss the commission and bam! You got yourself a beautiful book cover.
