But she wasn't born with a tail and there is no great ape transformation.
Her quirk activated when her parents where killed by a villan she lost control and turned into a super sayian and almost killed the villan but all might stopped her and then adopted her,
the public think that she is his biological daughter and that's why she is so powerful they think her quirk is a slightly different version of all mights.
All might trains her and she becomes his sidekick for a couple of years.
But when all might gets injured by all for one she becomes a ss2 and becomes a pro hero that travels around the world helping people. Or you can choose a different orgin I just her quirk to be like gokus
