Oc or reader years ago in a villain attack saved izuku Midoriya but she couldn't save inko, izuku grew attached and since the reader/oc was abused as a child and because of the abuse she couldn't have biological children, she decides to adopt him, and a couple of months after adopting izuku she saves Hitoshi from his abusive parents and adopts him as well.
oc or reader quirk is elemental she can control all the elements and after years of training, she also is able to bend the sub-elements. She is a pro hero and she was mainly an underground hero until one of the villains she was chasing took a child hostage she stayed back as the villain threatened to kill the child with his quirk which was when he is focused on a certain opponent he knows what they are going to do before they do it,
news crews came. Other heroes came as well all trying to defeat the villain but with his quirk he defeated them, it was when endeavor came and blasted a huge amount of fire at the villain who was still focused on her, not caring about the child hostage, that oc/reader ran in so fast all anyone saw was a blur and the villain fell as she turned around holding the child in her arms.
When the news slowed the video it showed her running in(like how aang used air to run fast) and stopping the fire from hitting the child as she, used her air bending to take his air out of his lungs so he fainted. Everyone went nuts as she had done all that in a couple of seconds, Citizens thought it was her hero debut, someone found out that she has been a hero for years but she is mostly an underground hero.
People she had saved came forward, posting about how powerful she is and how caring she was to them.
When people pointed out that endeavor could have killed the child and how he didn't seem to care about hurting the child, the hero commission contacted oc/reader and threatened her into making a social media account to take the heat away from endeavor by threatening to take her sons away from her as she adopted them.
She agrees to stop them from taking her kids and swears no matter how long it takes she will take them all down including endeavor as she finds out he suggested to the hero commission to use her kids as a threat.
The hero commission announce she will be making a social media account, and by the time it is verified she has millions of followers.
