Oc or reader is a new member of the BAU.
She is a anthropologist, forensic anthropologist, a kinesiologist and a author. She is know as the leading authority in the field of forensic anthropology. She is very rich from the books she has published. She is also an excellent profiler.
She has a father daughter relationship with Rossi. As they met years ago and have kept in touch he was the one who told her to join the BAU.
When the team first met her they all thought she wouldn't be a good fit for the team as she was emotionally detached. But after a case appeared she consoled the victims family. Showing that she does care and has emotions she just keeps them to herself.
With her they solved the case. She was the person who caught and arrested the Unsub having a psychical fight with him and winning.
(She is like Dr Brennan from bones. Or she can be Dr Brennan and she is Spencer age and she and booth are more like siblings)
Spencer has a crush on her. And after she risks her life for Spencer they end up dating.
When the BAU go to court. And she is on the stand she does the (speeches Brennan did about how she can look at someone and tell you how they walked and how they ached, and how she sees a face with every skull.) (the episode the speech is from is called the girl in the fridge)
