Her Quirk is Ultimate Plant Control(Posion Ivy) but she registered her quirk as Flower Growth, saying she can only make flowers grow faster. She was born with her quirk.
She can control plants with her mind, create them from plant matter of any size, mutate them into plant creatures and monsters that she can control with her mind, and have a psychic and empathic link to the plants.
She can generate mutated plant chemicals and spores from her plants or her body, which can modify plant traits, be used to attack people, and also control the minds of humans.
This mind control is sometimes being caused by fungus-like plants being generated by the plant chemicals and spores reacting to organic matter, or the mutated plant matter growing on or inside a victim of her mind control.
She makes hybrids and can create the most potently powerful toxins in the world Often these toxins are secreted from her lips and administered via a kiss. They come in a number of varieties, from mind-controlling drugs to instantly fatal narcotics.
Her parents where villains who since she was born raised her to be a killer and assassin for hire.They tried to make her an emotionless soldier so she could kill who ever she was told to kill. But she will not kill kids. No matter what punishment she got for not killing kids. The worst punishment she ever got was when her parents drugged her and when she woke up she was told she had a hysterectomy which prevents her from having children.
By the time she was 10 she had killed over 50 people. When she turned eleven she uses her mind control pheromones to make her parents kill each other by her mom stabs her dad and he stabs her in return until they die.
She becomes a villain/killer for hire. (But she won't harm kids) she wears a full green and black body suit with a mask. Her villain identy is called Posion Ivy.

She adopts izuku, shoto, and hitsohi. (Kidnapped shoto or saved him from endevour ,Found Hitoshi on the streets with a muzzle, sees a criminal kill inko and then try to kill baby izuku so she kills the criminal (who was izuku's dad) )
Izuku, shoto, and hitsohi don't know she is the villain called posion ivy.
