Villanelle is more obsessed and has more yandere moments.
Eve only wants to solve the case. She is not interested in Villanelle at all.
And she wants revenge for bill.
Villanelle even put hidden cameras in eve and Niko's house.
Villanelle ends up kidnapping eve.
Villanelle never psychicaly hurts Eve. She only stalks, manipulates, kills people she knows. (you can make her violent with eve)
