Love is unexpected

CHAPTER THREE: THE FAMOUS FOUR

  Olivia read it in her mind. It said:

OLIVIA SANDRIN, 

YOU HAVE WRONGED OUR MASTER LUCAS BY RAISING YOUR VOICE AND SAYING THESE RUDE THINGS, YOU SHOULD BEWARE OF ANYTHING YOU DO. MEET US BEHIND THE SCHOOL AT THE SOCCER PARK AFTER SCHOOL OR ELSE...

She was terrified, was this a threat? She could get expelled! What would she tell her parents? She met Alyssa on her way to class and showed her the letter. Alyssa said, "I'm sorry, you can't back out of this now unless you apologize." Olivia went to class and thought while the teacher was teaching, "How can they be so spoilt to threaten me? oh well, these celebrities' sons or daughters are too much pampered that's why. I bet their parents don't even know what's going on..." She heard a voice; "Olivia Sandrin. Why aren't paying attention?" Olivia suddenly stopped and realized she was in class. She got embarrassed, "Erm sorry uh Mr..." The teacher replied, "Mr. Williams" "Oh yes, I'll put it in my mind." The bell rang. "Saved by the bell," she thought.

After a break, they learned dances from a choreographer, they were taught simple and basic moves since it was the beginning. Finally, school was over. Everyone was going happily home and hostel rooms well not for poor Olivia. She avoided them all day but now it was time to face them. She took her bag and put it on the benches so that they couldn't take it. Olivia saw the four faces from afar and walked towards them. "Hmm...they do look handsome and charismatic but their face expression looks like they're gonna kill me." She took a breath and said, "Both are at fault, don't take the blame. You got this!" She walked confidently and stood there in front of them. Lucas (who looked like the leader of the group as Olivia thought) came in front and looked her in the eyes. He said, "There is both fear and confidence in the eyes...It's very rare to see both." Olivia saw his features, "Lucas had a deep voice and his hair was black, he wore a jacket which looked like a casual black suit if noticed from afar. Beside him on the right was a blonde, Lucas introduced him as Ed (which probably meant his name was Edward) He wore a cream shirt over a white one with brownish jeans. His clothes were pretty aesthetic. On his left was Chris (Chris was short for Christopher) He wore a beret which made him look, French. Alyssa told me his name was Louise and he changed it to Chris I don't know why. He wore a casual shirt and trousers which did make him look like a typical American and lastly, there was Melvin, he wore glasses which didn't make him less attractive but it made him look cute as well and he had a bowl haircut, he wore a hoodie which was odd as the weather was warm with blue shorts; a very weird combination but it did look weirdly good with the color contrast. 

Lucas said, "Now you know us, you still want me to apologize." Olivia looked in his eyes and said, "What has to be done cannot be avoided..." Suddenly, all of them started to laugh. Melvin looked at her and smiled, "Guys, let's spare her today. It's her first day...she still has four more years to suffer. Just know, Olivia, that Lucas never apologizes...in fact he never has and I don't think he ever will." Olivia was in shock, "How can a person have never apologized? We're humans, we make mistakes." She didn't realize she said it out loud. Lucas smirked, "I'm a perfectionist, things go my way." She scoffed, "I will find a mistake in you and I will make you apologize to me! You just wait and watch." She went away, got her bag, and gave them a look before going.

Chris said, "This girl has some attitude, my guy she might find a mistake in you." Lucas said, "I like a good rival. Let's see how long this attitude lasts..." She went to the hostel and asked for her key, it was room 201. Her head was pounding from all this drama and it was just the first day. Without seeing her room number, she entered a door that was a little open and sat down on the bed. She saw a messy room with bags all over the side but she was too tired to be bothered and kept her bag beside her and lay on the bed. All of a sudden, she listened that a shower noise turned off. 

All of a sudden heard a deep voice. "Didn't wanna leave me so you followed me here." She got up and saw Lucas with a towel on, his six-pack abs were showing. Her mouth was wide-open, "They're hot right?" Lucas smirked. Olivia got embarrassed and covered her eyes with her hand but she saw around from the sides. It was a boys' room.

"Wait...am I in the wrong room?" Lucas smirked again and said, "This is room 202 and I'm guessing you must be next door." Olivia wanted to cry, "Are you kidding me?! Why does he have to be my neighbor?" Well once again, her muttering was loud enough for Lucas to hear. "Most girls would die just to get a room next to me but you are complaining about it." Olivia said, "I'd rather jump off a cliff than get a room but again, I don't have a choice." Lucas said, "Are you planning on leaving or shall I change here only?" Olivia said, "Shameless" and ran away. Lucas laughed.

She went to her room and met a girl. She said, "Hi, I'm Vanessa but you can call me Nessa. It's so nice to finally meet the famous Olivia." Olivia said, "Famous...you must be mistaken, I'm new here." Nessa said, "Oh you don't know, your video confronting Lucas has gone viral." Olivia closed her eyes and said, "No, no, no this can't be happening!" She massaged her head and whispered, "I wish Jenny were here..." Vanessa continued, "Personally I think it was brave of you to confront him because he was wrong but you have gotten viral on the first day and it's not a good sign...but don't worry it will be forgotten in a few days." Olivia said, "I hope so." 

Her phone rang, it was her mum video-calling her, "Hi mum! how are you?" 

"Oh sweetie, I'm good. How was your first day?" 

Olivia didn't want to worry her parents so she said, "It was good, everything is so big and magnificent just like a palace!"

Her father was beside her mum, he said, "Well you are a princess and you deserve to be there." Olivia became so emotional but she held back her tears and said, "You're right! I deserve to be here. Uh, dad, it's pretty late. I'm gonna go sleep now okay? Don't worry about me." They said their goodbyes and hung up the phone.

Olivia lay on her bed and sighed, "What a day..." her eyes finally closed after assuming what would happen tomorrow.
