The knock on the door startled the three.

Steve walked towards the door while Eddie and Dustin hid in the hallway. Steve looked through the peephole to see whod knocked on the door.

Robin Buckley. 

Steve opened the door just enough to stick his head out of the door. "Heeeyyyyy robin..." Steve didn't know how to explain him and Eddie's supernatural problems to Robin. He'd barely managed to keep Dustin from freaking out. "Hey Steve! You gonna open the door or am I gonna have to stay outside all day?" She giggled. "Okay... uh robin... just uh... promise you won't freak out?"

Robin fixed him with a puzzling look. "Why would I freak out?" Steve sighed. "Just... don't freak out, ok?"

"Fine, what is even the surprise anyways? Is it a gift for Nancy? I can keep quiet! What'd you get her?" Steve knew Nancy's birthday was soon, and he had forgotten. But he had more important things to worry about. "Actually... I forgot about her birthday, so it's not her Gift. What I'm gonna show you, it's way worse." Robin gasped. "You didn't get her a gift!?"

"That's not important right now!" He pulled Robin into his house. "Alright guys! You can come out, it's just robin!" Eddie followed Dustin into the living room. Dustin plopped down onto the couch, while Eddie stood in front of Steve and Robin, rubbing his neck awkwardly. "Surprise?" Eddie almost fell over when Robin Leaped onto him, pulling him into a big hug. "OHMYGODEDDIEWETHOUGHTYOUWEREGONE
FORGOODWEMISSEDYOU!" Eddie returned the hug.

"Woah, chill out Buckley. I'm back from the dead, but geez!" Robin released the vampire., "how!? We saw you die!" Eddie sought a smirk at Dustin. "Why don't you tell her henderson?" Dustin stood up quickly. "With pleasure!" Eddie and Steve plopped onto the couch. Steve groaned, Eddie watched intently with a glimmer of amusement in his eyes.

"How do I put this... Eddie sucks blood to survive now!" Robin stiffened up. "There's no way Eddie munson is a vampire!" She crossed her arms. "Yup, I am!" Robin stomped over to him. Eddie opened his mouth. "Shit! You were telling the truth!"

Eddie's pale skin, red eyes, and sharp canines clicked together like puzzle pieces in Robin's mind. "Told ya so, buckley." Robin began pacing around the room. "So you're telling me Eddie is a supernatural creature like steve?"

Dustin and Eddie turned to look at steve. "You told her but didn't tell us?!" Steve rolled his eyes. "Well uh... she's my best friend?" Eddie grumbled, Dustin crossed his arms. "I'm like, your son, dude!" Dustin eyed Steve with annoyance.

"How could you do this to your dear old husband?" Steve blushed, Eddie smirked.

Robin eyed Steve. "Husband?"

"It's nothing Robin! Eddie's just teasing like he always does!" Robin rolled her eyes. "I'm sure of it!"

Suddenly, Eddie's throat felt very dry.

And he felt really... really...
Hungry.

Eddie blacked out, he didn't remember anything of what happened right then and there.

But the other 3 sure did.

Robin's scream of horror pierced the air.

"EDDIE! WHAT ARE YOU DOING!?"

her shriek sent chills up Dustin's spine. Dustin glanced at Eddie's face, which was fixed in a scowl. There was no mistaking the look in Eddie's eyes.

Dustin saw it.

The thirst.

The thirst for blood.
