A low growl wasn't heard by Nancy and robin, but Eddie heard it.
He spun around, Robin and Nancy doing the same.
They saw him standing there.
The werewolf was covered in blood, dirt, and had a glisten in his eyes.
He Leaped, Robin and Nancy barely ducking in time. Instead, he landed upon Eddie, digging his teeth into the vampires arm. Eddie shouted. "Go! Run! Get help!"
Robin and Nancy reluctantly left the werewolf fighting vampire.
Eddie had managed to get Steve off of his arm, but the werewolf was rounding around for another attack.
He lept, and Eddie barely dodged his attack, drawing his gun and pointing it at the monster.
Surprisingly, there was a flash of fear, a humane fear, in his eyes.
He dug his claws into the earth, refusing to back away. He let out a menacing growl, and edged forward.
"Stop. I don't want to do this." Eddie held his ground, pleading with the wolf.
It was no use. He kept creeping closer, crouching as if he was about to strike. Eddie backed away as he crawled forward.
The sound of water, and the lack of trees and undergrowth around them caused his instincts to scream for Eddie to run, to at least try to outrun this seemingly invincible creature. He didn't, he knew it wouldn't work. Steve would be on him in an instant, tearing and ripping at his flesh.
He looked behind him for just a split second, risking an attack from the wolf.
He was on the edge of the ravine in which lovers lake raged below.
He was trapped. Cornered. He wouldn't be able to move or escape. Still, Steve edged closer, seeming to mock him, grumbling, growling.
Eddie had three choices.
Leap into lovers lake, and hope vampires can't drown, run, and risk being finished off by Steve.
Or shoot him.
Eddie placed his finger on the trigger, aiming it towards the ravenous creature.
"I'm sorry it had to end this way."
BANG!
A tear ran down Eddie's face.
Smoke steamed from the wound. There was a small hole in the wolves chest. It was pink, and fleshy. A small stream of red, warm, blood soaked the brown fur. The wolf twitched, eyes wide.
Then he collapsed. Eddie tried to remain calm.
He felt an overwhelming amount of guilt. More tears ran down his cheeks.
He couldn't take it.
He pressed the gun to his head, placing a finger on the trigger once more.
BANG!
The last thing Eddie heard, was the voices of two women, presumably Robin and Nancy.
"Wake up! What's wrong with you two? Get up! We got help, hoppers here! It's okay!"

The finale has arrived. This ending is a different kind of foul. I'm literally crying rn.
