Jade listening to Tremaine scream and curse from inside of his office. Resting her arm on the top of her receptionist desk. She took a bite of the three licorice stick she'd eaten that morning while ease dropping. "Thirty five," She laughed to herself keeping count of how many times he cursed.
"He can suck my dick!"
"Whoa, thirty six!" Jade chewed snickering.
"What the hell?" Stevie came strolling down the hallway staring oddly as Jade as she hunched her shoulders up questioningly. "What the hell is going on? I can hear him in my office through my music. Have you been in there?"
"Hell na' and I'm not but he's been like that for about ten minutes.. Ooh--" Lifting up Jade hurrying back around to the other side of the desk to sit when she heard Tremaine's door opening.
"Jade?! Oh, Ms. Calhoun a moment," He disappeared from the threshold. "Now! Ms. Calhoun, now!" He demanded loudly.
Stevie shared a quick glance at Jade, inhaling a heavy breath. She adjusted her suit jacket and thee pink tie she wore to accompany it, as thee neon green heels carried her plush frame towards the opening of his office. "Yes sir?"
"Close the door!" He pointed as he tapped away on his computer.
Stevie stepped further into the office as she moved to close the door behind herself. "What seems to be the problem?" She inquired crossing her arms at her breasts.
"Did I not ask you to type up the Pilton contract?"
"Yeah you--" Stevie voiced.
He interrupted tight lipped. "Did I tell you the importance of this contract? And how I've waited over two year's to do business with him, did I not tell you that!?"
"Yes sir you did and I typed it up--"
Suddenly the typing stopped, Tremaine slide over from behind his computer. "Then why did I just receive a call from his lawyer explaining they never got the contact?! Do you know I just lost a quarter of a million dollar contract with him!?!" His voice boomed through the office.
Stevie unphased tucked in her lips as she rocked back and forth on her heels.
"You don't have an explanation?! Huh, you run your mouth any other time. Explain to me how you cost me a quarter of a million dollar contract, Ms. Calhoun!" He glared directly in her face.
Stevie dropped her arms from her chest. Exhaling she gradually lifted her shoulders, nonchalantly. "First off I don't appreciate how you're speaking to me! You could be a little more respectful! Secondly, I didn't cost you anything. I typed the contract up and sent it to via email as you asked. You sent it back and told me make corrections,"
He hunched his shoulders up aggressively. "So where the fuck is it?!?" His voice rung in her ears. "Just admit you fucked up, Ms. Calhoun, you fucked up, you aren't so perfect! Just say it because I'm not in the mood to hear your benighted justification, get out of my office," He curtly dismissed her.
